I paid to resend my parcel, they took money from my account. They have not sent me the email to print out my label. There is no customer service to talk apart automated system. Worst Company with appallingly service.

Why is the government or railways ombudsman not doing anything about gwr service. They provide the worst train services ever. They are deceiving customers. It is clearly written that if your train is delayed by 15 minutes you will get full refund. My train was delayed over 20mins and they gave me a 1/4.of my fare.
Their first class service is the worst, l have ever seen. Trains are filthy with crumbs . APPALLING!!!!!
