I am now locked out of my account as…

I am now locked out of my account as someone has requested a password reset and it was not me. I received a email with a password reset but it doesn’t work and I now find that the email address is not working either so I can’t contact them. I have noticed that I am no longer the only one who has had money taken from my account and I hope she has more luck with getting it back than I did.

I went online to play and found my…

I went online to play and found my account empty of the £105 I had in it, so I looked at my history and found that someone else had hacked my account and played slots at £5 a spin ( I have never played slots at this amount) won then emptied my account of £500 + by getting the money sent to them . So not only have I lost my money but so has the site and there’s no money been transferred to my bank. I have tried to contact them but they don’t seem to want to know. I wonder how many other people have lost their money in this way but they have thought that they must have played with the funds. I don’t want to play on this platform ever again.

Here at OJO we take account security very seriously and always recommend that autosave is never used for passwords to accounts, especially on shared devices.
We appreciate you providing your account info so we could provide you with a personalised reply.
On checking we see that our Crew has opened an investigation and as soon as you advised us about your concerns immediately precautionary measures were placed on your account.
Whilst checking your account info the last deposit we received was on 14.06.2025 with the bank card that you had already verified on your account. As we had proof of ownership from you there is no reason for us to query any transactions made on your account.
Subsequently the withdrawal was processed as requested directly to the Bank account attached to the verified bank card used for your deposits.
For account security our Crew advised to change your password and follow our safety recommendations. We are glad to see you followed the instructions on the day you contacted us.

Ian was so pleasant and helpful he made…

Ian was so pleasant and helpful he made the buying process flow smooth and easy. He took time and explained all the whistles and bells on the car and made sure we were happy. Although he is an hours drive away from us we will be returning when we are looking for our next car.

After waiting 5 days for my loan…

After waiting 5 days for my loan application it is still in review despite having had a previous loan with them and it saying on my account page that my credit score in 10/10 and i am guaranteed up to a £10,500 loan. No information to say if there was a problem or if i had filed out the application wrong, when i contacted them all they could tell me was just that it was in review. I will not be using them for any thing banking.

Did not arrive

I ordered the item on line before i found out the currier they used, had i known i would never had ordered the Christmas present on the 19th. It has been "in transit" since and no other information added to the order.
I understand it is very busy but it said it would be delivered in time if i paid extra, so it cost me even more than usual. So beware if you have a shop near you that you can pick up from i would use that, don't trust that you will get the item.

The wrong jigsaw was made

The wrong jigsaw was made, the one sent was not an aerial view of the postcode, the clue being in the address of riverside. I was sent one of an industrial estate, main road and housing estate. This was nothing like the area requested that i know quite well. After contacting them and eventually having my emails replied to and told they would look into it I have heard nothing for the last two days. This is a shame as it came in a nice box and could have make a good present, but now its just a waste of money.
They are saying that it has been resolved but nothing has been offered to sort it out.

Not sure how they can put up prices…

Not sure how they can put up prices when they could not/ would not come and do our annual service. It was impossible to speak to anyone, we could then have reasured them that the engineer would have been able to service our boiler without him coming into contact with us.

Whant to watch adverts? buy a laptop from them

Having spent over £600 on a new laptop, chose one that had been on display as it seamed a good deal three days to wait for it to be installed with programs including anti virus two days later it is like a itv program, pop up adverts all the time. It also had a post code, not mine, on the ebay site? Back to Curry's, you have installed something with a virus, sorry about 6 viruses!. No I have not, I have more sense than that. It will cost £50 for us to sort it out. This laptop is less than 2 weeks old and they are being so unhelpful, find some were else to buy yours from. by the way this has been sent on my old one very slow but not one virus in five years!!!
