The service is always excellent. If you have a query, they answer promptly and delivery is speedy, too. The product itself has worked wonders for our 14 year old dog who, we were told by two vets, would be unable to climb stairs again without an operation. She can now run up and down stairs and jump on the bed!

Really excellent service - informative delivery notifications and interesting beers in every box. The only downside - I'm not a fan of wheat beers and fruit beers - the downside of a random box selection.

Product arrived really quickly and I thought postage and packaging costs were very reasonable. The difference that Yu Move has made to my dog is incredible! She couldn't get up the stairs any more but is now SO much more mobile.
