Really useful website that we have used a number of times to find tradespeople to undertake different jobs

I have ordered from this company numerous times (including 2 orders for Christmas 2024) and every piece I have received has been sent promptly, is well packaged and the actual item has been as described and lovely! I have given some of the pieces as presents and the recipients have really liked them. I have never had any problems with this company and would happily use them again.

First time that I have purchased varifocals from Glasses Direct and they're great.
My only slight issue (and I don't know why this is the case) but I ordered frames that I have had before and, this time, they feel a bit big whereas the last one were quite a bit of a tighter fit. Don't know why this is. Very happy with the service though.

Easy to deposit at the drop off point with the scanning facility. I understand that the recipient has collected the parcel so the service appears to be quick as well. This is the first time I have used the service but will do so again

Two very nice delivery men. Efficient in putting my sofa together and they took all the packaging away.
They damaged my porch light but I appreciate that it was a task and a half to get the sofa through the space!

Arrived on the stated day but why don't they RING THE BELL so that I w.ould be aware that the parcel was there...it was only found when my son happened to go out of the house. If no one had gone out that day it would still be there now - or someone else could have helped themselves to it.
RING THE BELL - it's not a lot to ask and would not hold the delivery person up at all

Ordered dog food using your click and collect service for the first time. Was texted to say my order was ready in under an hour. Walked into the store - no queue and the bag of food was brought out to us in seconds. Great service!!

I have always had really good interactions with the company. The supplements arrive quickly and are well packaged. As for the Yumove tablets themselves, the difference they made in my dog, when she started taking them, was amazing, so I really recommend them for dogs with joint issues. Definitely worth a try!

Great prices and quick service, although p&p is quite high, especially if you are only buying one small item.

Having posted my job, I got three builders to quote me for the work. One failed to get back to me for over a week (saying he had "forgotten" to send me the promised quote) but the other two were very professional and talked me through their ideas for tackling the work. They both provided me with written quotes quickly and advised that they were happy to answer any further questions I may have. I have successfuly used My Builder before and find it a very useful tool in finding a suitable tradesperson. The reviews from previous customers are also very helpful.
