PureGym are totally unique and proactive. The first gym to voluntarily suspend fees during lockdown. The first to offer free workout from home apps. The first to contact you and keep you informed of all the latest protocols from government and what PG have done to keep their client base safe and healthy throughout this very uncertain time.
Proactive - without being coerced - they immediately put everything in place for socially distancing, sanitising and cleanliness so we are able to workout without having other things to worry about thereby ensuring our mental health comes first!
There have been zero cases of Covid in any gym due to due diligence of PG management and staff.

Mann Waterlooville have recently sold my BTL property during Covid.
After a bumpy start where the valuation was over optimistic (I said at the time I thought it was too high) the property sold after I reduced the price twice in 2 weeks.
I developed a really good rapport with Di Furmedge, who wasn't my initial contact.
Once the offer was accepted Di kept the ball in the air through the rest of the process, relentlessly pursuing both sets of solicitors and the buyer to ensure all the paperwork came together and kept communication open throughout. Katie too kept in touch and they were both extremely flexible, professional and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble.
I opted to use Mann Countrywide panel of solicitors, and was initially a bit concerned as this was an Online portal - this proved to be an extremely good move. Everything was uploaded and viewable in the documents area, there was a great timeline to follow progress and a nice messaging centre for any questions or queries, manned by real people, not robots!
The entire process from instruction to completion took a week under 4 months.
An excellent outcome more especially during these really awkward trying times. Viewings were never refused nor a problem.
