Zero star review (1 star minimum…

Zero star review (1 star minimum available!) for Millets Monmouth. Visited shop and got screamed and yelled at to leave for not wearing a mask - despite there being no requirement for one! Never have I experienced such horrific treatment. The way I was treated and spoken to was disgusting. Millets lost out on over £150 of sales from me that day and have never stepped foot in one of their stores since. Manageress (Jo) was the worst. Date was 15.10.2021 (TripAdvisor calendar won't select this date!)

Millets

Millets, Monmouth. November 2021. I wouldn't even leave 1 star but it is the only way to review. So I went to the store to order over £100 worth of Petzl torches and batteries - I'd already spoken to staff on the phone. I have Asthma. Upon entering the store I was victimised and assaulted by both staff (including manageress) for not wearing a face mask.No clue about how to deal with people, let alone the rules etc. I was shocked at how I was spoken to and thrown out of the shop.I will NEVER shop with millets again.And they lost over £140 of order that day. DISGUSTING

I changed the delivery date YET.....

I changed the delivery date YET it still got delivered a day early. Often that's a good thing,but not in my street. There isn't a safe place to leave ANYTHING! hence the change of date. one trustworthy neighbour happened to be home, who normally wouldn't be.However he couldn't take it in or put it anywhere safe, stupidly signed for it. I will not recommend DXdelivery sorry. Why have a service to alter delivery date/address etc. and not even use it?

Received quickly, worked great

Received diagnostic cable (for VAG) very quickly to the UK. The cable worked great. Was a real life saver in fixing my car. The software CD was faulty, but luckily this didn't stop me. M.Smith
