So I was happy with door upon installation and was working fine, then started to fail after just 3 years, it goes up for a couple of seconds then back down again. the office told me warranty was just 2 years, which I do not feel is enough. the engineer charges £95 just for a call out, and he simply greased up the bearings, however it didnt solve the problem and started happening again. then they said it needed a new motor, and wanted another £95 for call out and £200 for a new motor. This door gets minimal use, so I wonder why components are failing after a short time. It seems once you buy, then you are always going to be stuck every year or so to pay out for new components. Not happy at all.

Just ordered Savannah backlit bathroom mirror, came fast and is great now installed two quibbles (1) the blue circle is not illuminated when off (like almost all other units I've seen) so it's very difficult to find when going to the bathroom in the dark and (2) it has very sharp corners. I'll have to try to put some glow paint on the mirror and get rubber corner covers for protection respectively.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with a couple of features on the mirror. I can confirm the touch sensor illumination on this item is designed to be off when the lights are off.

Did a three hour evening session at Donington, had an hour of dry running before the heavens opened. Very well organised, staff helpful and friendly, all rules made clear at briefing. The only slight negative is that full-on race cars were mixed in with slow road cars; the speed differential from fastest to slowest car was quick big.
