Absolutely love Superdry clothing. Having purchased several items from my local retail store I have since purchased several items via their website. Ordered late on a Friday and was still delivered next day free of charge. Cant say fairer than that,
My only criticism is that their sizes do not really match any other manufacturers that I purchase from. I would usually purchase XL but in order to have the same fit with Superdry I find myself having to purchase 3XL. Although not a major issue it can be embarrassing when you go to pay instore and they see what size you have purchased.
Other than that 1st class clothing and service.
Review of UPS
It appears I'm not the only one having delivery issues with this company. I placed an order with Amazon.com which was sent out almost immediately. I paid for express delivery as it was for a present. I received an email 10th Feb. confirming that it would be delivered 11th Feb. by end of day. I contacted their customer services at 7pm to be told that they deliver until 8pm and to contact them again at 7.50pm if it had still not arrived.
As it hadn't arrived by this time I contacted them again only to be told that it had not been put on the van and it would now be delivered 12th Feb.
Since speaking to them I checked tracking again to see what was going on but that just seems crazy. My original tracking shows my parcel being at my local delivery depot (Tamworth at 0.41am). It now says that its left my local depot (Tamworth at 19.33) so no idea where it is off to. On its merry travels around the UK by the looks of things.
Not happy and will definitely look for companies using other carriers in the future

Fantastic. Placed my order last week and it was promptly sent out. It took around 3 days to arrive. I followed the instructions on their website and the installation was a breeze. Unfortunately after 24 hours I had bubbles in my clear skin and after trying the second that too had bubbles. No idea how it happened as I've used this company in the past and never had any problems. Anyway after contacting them via email my entire order was replaced without issue.
All I can say is thank you for your help and support and thank you for such great customer service.

I placed 2 orders with this company on the 1st and 3rd October 2018. I was told they would be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. To this day I have still not received either item. I have phoned and phoned but excuse after excuse. They do not reply to emails either. I have now phoned again and been told they would re-ship the second magazine I ordered and they would refund the first order. Yes you guessed it....no refund or magazine. I've now had to go through PayPal for a refund which should hopefully be concluded by the end of the month. I can't understand how they can get things so wrong. No dispatch confirmation email or anything. Will never use again once my refund is received.

First class service. First time using this company and all I can say is brilliant. I ordered my disklok on Friday 24th with economy delivery. It was due Tuesday 28th after the bank holiday and DPD delivered it to me on the Sunday before. Very pleased with the service and look forward to using them again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I had to contact Safe due to a change of mind on my part but nothing was too much trouble. My original order was cancelled and refunded immediately. I was then transferred to the sales team who took care of my new order. It was delivered on time as promised. I look forward to shopping with them again.

I've been a prime customer of Amazon's for 4 years and I've held my account since 1999. Until recently it's been really good. Unfortunately over the last few weeks their delivery service (at least in my area) has become terrible. 2 weeks ago if I placed an order with Amazon on a Friday the earliest I could get it was Monday. I've just checked several items in my wish list and although it's now Thursday the earliest any can be delivered is again Monday. Prior to 2 weeks ago all orders did arrive next day even if that was a Saturday or Sunday. What's the point of paying for next day delivery £79 per year if I have to wait 4 days for delivery. After contacting Amazon they reply without even reading the email. Terrible service from a once great company.

What can I say...I had read a few reviews about MyTrendyPhone and was a little apprehensive to order but their prices were really good.
Anyway No need to have worried at all.
My order was sent out on 10/04/18 and I did pay the 0.60p shipping as I wanted a quick delivery. 2 days after shipping my item arrived from Denmark.
Absolutely brilliant. I will definitely be using this company again.

After a previous purchase I had no reservations about ordering from them again. Unfortunately their service appears to have declined. I received a damaged steel book and after contacting them I was asked to return it using their tracked returns service. All good so I thought. It was returned on the 6th Jan 2017 which they confirmed they had received on the 10th. They would then process my replacement and notify me once dispatched. It's now 14th Jan and still no confirmation of dispatch. The item I originally purchased is now out of stock and no longer available. They appear to look after your initial purchase but heaven forbid you need a replacement or refund. Customer service take several days to reply to you but only seem to give you a rehearsed reply. I've now had to request a refund as no further stock is available. Let's see how long this takes.
Review of CeX/WeBuy - United Kingdom
Sent 6 films last week to their online postal address with all discs in full working order and as new condition. All items were securely packaged so no movement within the parcel. After checking the status of my order tonight 06/10/2014 one of the items is being returned to me as the disc is cracked. I had only watched that film the night before posting it so I know that it was not damaged. After visiting a couple of their shops and witnessing first hand how they handle discs I can only assume that they handle this way also. If you do need to sell to CEX make sure that you use a shop and not their online service as they obviously cannot be trusted to look after your goods until they purchase them from you. First time using their online selling service but definitely the last.

Fantastic service. Purchased over the weekend and delivered early part of the week. Sweets in the parcel were a nice touch as well
