Definitely one to be aware of

Definitely one to be aware of. I ordered a watch from their website, It arrived very quickly. On opening the watch I could tell that it didn't look new. No labels, bags or manufacturer stickers. After speaking to customer services it turned out to be an ex.display model. They apparently send these when they have no more stock in their warehouse. This I returned as I was not happy with its condition. Had their website made me aware of how they supply stock I would not have placed my order. They received their money straight away. I'm still waiting for my refund. They say it has been processed. My payment company has still not received it.
Hoping it was a one off I ordered another watch. That was due to arrive on the Saturday according to the carrier DX. It never arrived. It never arrived Monday or Tuesday either despite being out for delivery on the Tuesday. I chatted with DX who said it was being returned to sender and would be delivered on the Thursday. This has now been delivered to their warehouse. I have been told by Customer services again that this has also been refunded. Again nothing according to my payment company. It's also worth noting that although Phone Customer Services say it's been refunded, Online chat said it has not been processed for a refund. Maybe they need to communicate a little better to get their stories straight.
Definitely a company I will avoid in the future.

First class. I emailed them twice to make sure I was ordering the correct items, both times they replied with info regarding the items I was looking at. My order was shipped within a couple of hours of placing and delivered the next day. Absolutely brilliant. I will definitely be recommending this company.

Not for me unfortunately

Well after trying all 4 of the wipes I was sent it has made no difference to the fogging of my glasses. I have followed all of their instructions and have even purchased a couple of different brand washing up liquid to see if it was that but unfortunately it was not for me. Their customer service on the other hand was fantastic. I reached out a couple of times to see if they could recommend I try something different but even those suggestions did not work. Possibly down to my glasses? Who knows. Anyway for the people who it works for fantastic, just not for me. On another note though they are still very good cleaning wipes for your glasses even if for nothing else.

Don’t trust you will receive the item you order

Placed an order on their website. Very easy to use, item was dispatched very quickly and delivered in good condition. Opened the parcel and a completely different model of the item arrived. Their website doesn’t even list the item that arrived as being available to purchase. I went to online chat to return the item and once the agent understood the issue a return was arranged and the carrier booked. Later that day I received an email saying that I couldn’t return the item as it breached their returns policy. How can a wrongly delivered item breach anyone’s return policy?
After being unsuccessful at further chats with them, I raised a case with PayPal. My money was then refunded and the item collected.

Apple Watch 40mm Screen Protectors

As always with media devil products you get what you pay for. A quality item that does what it should. I purchased these for a 44mm Apple Watch as I use it with a bumper so didn’t want it to fit to the edge. It went on first time and after 2 days all air bubbles were gone. looks good and does the job

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. I placed an order for a small in stock item on Friday 5th March but as it was late in the day it was due for processing on Monday 8th. I paid for express shipping but it’s now 5.15pm on Wednesday and still no update on my order. I have left a message on their website at 11.22 this morning and to be fair Louise did reply quickly at 11.45 saying she was looking into it. It’s now close of business and she still hasn’t replied to me or updated my order status.
For heaven’s sake how long does it take to place an item in a Jiffy bag and attach an address label.
It’s always good to see a well known name such as comet be reinvented but if this is the level of service their new owners Misco are offering they would have been better off not bothering.
It makes you wonder if they are a professional outfit or a service being offered from someone’s garage.
Absolutely love this statement “ We aim for every single customer to have an excellent buying experience”
It appears they do not read all of their reviews as they would soon see that actually offer the complete opposite

Easy to order / terrible customer service.

Easy to order. Card never arrived. Customer service agent not willing to assist as 5 days has not passed. A Refund was never wanted just the card for my friends birthday. Although they say it was shipped on the Wednesday I only have their word for that. It possibly never even left their warehouse.
No doubt they will try and blame it on Royal Mail as most sellers do when things go wrong.

Love this company

What can I say, I ordered a screen protector for my wife's phone on Thurday 21st Jan 2021, should have been shipped today 22nd Jan as I had missed there 4pm cut off time.
To my amazement the protector has arrived today. absolutely fantastic service.
The screen protector yet again has gone on like a dream.
I can't recommend this company enough.

Absolutely love Hive but.......

Absolutely love Hive. I’ve had the heating for a while and it works well. I do have several of their active lights but find it’s quicker to just switch the light on rather than load the app, wait for it to connect then switch the light on. It just takes too much time. Great if you’re away from home though.
The only reason for not giving it more stars is that I recently ordered 3 of their TRVs which were dispatched on Wednesday 2nd Dec. It’s now end of day Friday 4th and Royal Mail tracking says they have still not received it yet. I’ve tried reaching out to support via Facebook messenger but still no reply. I appreciate the current situation but you really need a phone number for us to contact you on, not a chat system that constantly says you have no available agents.
Delivery is due 3 - 5 days after dispatch but it’s sent tracked 48 so who knows when or if they will arrive. Up your game Hive and change carrier if they can’t cope.

Found a watch I liked which was also for sale on Amazon but cheaper. Their website says “we price match” so I gave it a go. My price match was declined. I think they should change their price match policy to only if we don’t have to reduce by too much.

They sorted the issue and my order has now arrived. Their products are brilliant (I purchased the screen protector for Apple Watch 4 and back protector for iPhone 11)

Really disappointed

Really disappointed with Royal Mail at the moment. I had an item posted out to me Monday 14th October via 48 hour. It's now Wednesday 28th and still no sign of it. Another item was sent to me on Thursday 22nd October still not arrived. The 1st order was duplicated by the sender and posted 1st class on Monday. Yet again no sign of it.
Its not just packets either. My wage slip did not arrive on its normal day last week so i thought i would leave an extra day. In the end i went to my local delivery office on Saturday to find out what was happening and he bought out a handful of letters which included my wage slip. Again this week the post is struggling. Ive just been to my local office again and this time they are closed all day.
My wife was waiting for an MRI and the hospital ended up phoning her as her appointment letter had not been taken out for delivery. WHAT IS GOING WRONG!!!!
I appreciate these unprecedented times but I've been speaking to a local postie where i work and he said they have been told to prioritise Parcels and tracked mail only leaving letters in the office if there are not many.
If this is the case Royal mail should be ashamed of themselves when customers are still charged for their post. I'm constantly hearing/reading that letters are reducing in numbers but surely if they are not delivering correctly then customers will find other means such as email and they will reduce even further.

This is my 1st time of using Bristol…

This is my 1st time of using Bristol Cameras and what can i say other than "FANTASTIC"
I ordered a shooting grip for my Sony Action Cam but then decided it was no longer needed. I sent a message to them requesting cancellation as it was no longer required. I received a response that they were searching through their orders to retrieve it before the postie collected it.
I replied as a work colleague had said he would have it and to continue with the delivery.
It has just arrived today and i can't praise you enough.
I have now made a second purchase from them and look forward to using them in the future for my photographic needs.
I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Jeff who dealt with this without any issue.
Brilliant Customer service. Well Done to all of you.

Can't rate this company enough

Can't rate this company enough. I have recently made several purchases from them and each one has been handled without incident. I did ask for one of the orders to be replaced which was not a problem and as soon as i emailed proof of postage my replacement was with the courier that same day.
First class service from a first class company.
