EDIT It's a shame it took making a trustpilot review to get the attention of APC, whom I had previously emailed for help without response. That said, they did get to the bottom of the lost package for me. A solution I could have reached without any fuss had their website had the feature to inform you that the postcode you have entered was not the one to which the package was delivered, instead of merely saying ' No consignment information'.

The delivery error was not APCs, but the senders' and the package has now been found.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give negative stars I would. The clothes are terrible quality, mis-sized, badly printed and they refuse to give refunds/replacements and ghost your emails.

Paid for goods. Wanted to return due to poor quality. No returns address provided. Returns portal won't accept order number. Webtogs acquired by Brand Alley. Returned items to brand alley. Items sent back to me. 3 months. F*g joke.

Despite paying for the correct delivery the flowers never arrived. Ruined a birthday present totally.

Extremely aggressive marketing, disconnected customer loyalty, but backed up by good products.

The bulldozer email strategy lets down how you might feel about BULK's customer loyalty, or lack thereof. It is easily possible to go on the Bulk website and spend a hundred or so pounds and literally later that night receive another email about how if you spend '£X' or buy 3 boxes of 'Y' there will be a free gift. What about offering a free gift at the time your existing/repeat customer is handing over their money?

What would be more appropriate perhaps is a follow up email after a purchase thanking you for being a regular customer, or for spending X pounds and offering you something off your next purchase, a specific discount code, or a free protein shaker etc. It's a small token but it would make you feel at least partially valued as a repeat customer.

A very inexpensive way to own some very valuable whisky. My only worry is that if I win a bottle I'll be too scared to drink it!
Love that the draw uses the random.org website, all logged and traced by a third party.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING A CAR HIRE SERVICE, IT IS USING CHEAP CAR HIRE AS A VEHICLE TO SCREW UNWITTING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY.

I was told at the desk (after they had taken £1500 from me for a £28 car hire), that the car had unlimited miles.....what the lying con artist actually said, deliberately in a soft voice, was the car is "on limited miles". Had to pay over a hundred pounds for a 1 day £28 crappy little car. Could have had a Lexus from Enterprise for the same value.

GO TO A REPUTABLE FIRM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Turned up late, days after agreed.
Did poor work.
Charged £270 to:
Fix a leaking tap, which STILL leaks.
Replaced a £5 plastic part in a toilet, leaving the toilet handle pointing straight up in the air as the incorrect sized part was fitted.
Spent 45 mins on the phone at the property.
Charged me a lot because of the time it took.

Excellent service! Realised I needed my order immediately and emailed them. Got a rapid reply and my item turned up the next day. Faultless!

Tried to book a ticket Amsterdam to Manchester. Search results came in, clicked the 14.20 AMS - MAN, went to details screen, put in details, went to payment, paid.... Then confirmation screen says "Well done you're on the 18.10 Amsterdam DONCASTER"
Immediately called gotogate... Guess what no help whatsoever and £55 per person fee to cancel.
I did not book incorrectly, I book tens of flights per year for work, I've sometimes done sometimes 50 flights a year. I do not make this huge an error.


Poor software/website glitch got me ripped off for £250 on flights I don't want and gotogate washed their hands of it.

What a pathetic response. Travel and flights is serious business, these people are incapable and cheap. My advice is do not use.

Best price in the country on an item which was out of stock at all other retailers, wish I'd found them months ago. Item was 680 - 799 elsewhere, curry's, overclockers and all other major places, plus they had no idea when it would be back in stock. Not only was Lambda 50 cheaper it was in stock and was at my house 2 days after ordering it! Only minor gripe is they sent the email telling me when it would be delivered on the same day it was actually delivered, so I did not get enough notice to be home, luckily a family member was in. Overall great great service.

I've been buying from CVP off and on over the past year or so, some high value items and some low. I have to say, while there have been some online hitches they have dealt with them rapidly. Customer service has been responsive and great. I have also found their prices worth checking against amazon and foreign suppliers, they often come out ontop.

My item was damaged in transit, they made it possible for me to return the item immediately. The replacement came 2 days later. Very fast service and super friendly, efficient and helpful customer service .

Free help and advice, personal replies to emails rather than an automated service. Helpful, even vital information and links to make sure that your business/idea does not fail due to misdirection. Great service. I am so glad there is someone doing this!
