Ordered a coffee machine, it arrived within 5 days as stipulated and works well. Fulfilled by a 3rd party company as seems to be common with many brands these days but this was stated on the ordering page so I was aware.

Kaileb and Ian handled my delivery very well, they were on time, polite, friendly and put my sofa together well. They also answered questions I had about the assembly and took time to make sure I was happy with the location and setup.

Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name I spoke to but he was very good. I had to call to complete my switch and even though there were high call volumes my call was answered within 10 minutes with no multiple choice options and all sorted within 10 minutes of being answered. All information was clear and well explained. It was refreshing to just be able to do what I needed without any hassle.

Booked at short notice, everything was clearly priced and my trip worked great, hotel was really nice, flights were correctly booked, etc. In the booking process it would be a bit easier if on the flight selection screen you could choose each way individually rather than having to do them both together, having to scroll down about 20 options just to change my return time and find the one where it paired with the outward time I wanted was a bit of a faff, but the hotel selection was great, map view with prices was useful. The booking confirmation email was well laid out with easy to follow instructions for checking in for the flights. Had a great trip and would use lastminute again.

While the process has taken a while to complete due to the lack of cooperation from my ex partner, I have felt reassured knowing that my case was being dealt with by Stowe Family Law and that they were working to secure the best outcome for me.

Joined online and went a couple of days later. So far very good, seamless entry, a good range of equipment and useful videos and guides on the app for workouts.
