Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name I spoke to but he was very good. I had to call to complete my switch and even though there were high call volumes my call was answered within 10 minutes with no multiple choice options and all sorted within 10 minutes of being answered. All information was clear and well explained. It was refreshing to just be able to do what I needed without any hassle.
