There was confusion early on whether the order was in the queue as we received an initial email needing confirmed that we were okay with the lead time (4-6 weeks). A few weeks later we received another email to confirm we were okay with the lead time. At this point I contacted Customer Service and was told there had been an issue with the fabric we selected but we were still on track for delivery around the 6 week mark. After 6 weeks came and went I contacted CS again and was told (after they investigated a few days) that the sofa had been damaged or gone missing in transit and that I could either have a refund or they would put the order through again. The moral of the story is if you have a lingering question or your lead time has come and gone - contact CS immediately because they are not going to contact you to say there are issues.

Orders from Cult Pens are always shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. I love their selection and they almost always have the lowest price available.

The Strap Tailor is well worth the wait!! I have purchased a couple straps from the Strap Tailor and come back considering others. The quality of the leather and the workmanship is fantastic. The straps are 3mm thick, but not overly stiff. I have ordered similar straps from other places and the leather quality is not as good and even after a few weeks of wear the straps can be uncomfortable. I find straps from The Strap Tailor are the ones that live on my watches.

Ian was an absolute pleasure to work with in making my purchase. He was quick to reply to queries and posted my watch quickly and very well packaged. I will definitely have Wallace Allan at the top of my list for my next purchase.

They responded to emails quickly and courteously and the package was sent out for next day delivery. I know from past experience when using the Service Department, they are equally attentive and kind. Will always return.

I recently was visiting southern England from Scotland and had the unfortunate incident of someone smashing the passenger window to grab a bag of crisps and hummus. My insurance told me to use Autoglass and the issues quickly began. It's 13 December and we were set to head back to Scotland on the 15th. After a bit of time working with the rep on the phone I manages to get an appointment on the morning of the 15th somewhat nearby to where we were staying. Despite having an unsecured car we went with it. Late afternoon of the 14th I receive a call that the glass never arrived and my appointment for the following morning was cancelled - next appointment that was made available was the 22nd December. So despite Autoglass failing to get the glass to the required location I was expected to wait another week+ with my car unsecured on the street. We managed to extend our stay one night and after about an hour with the Autoglass telephone service rep (teaching him about UK geography and the various ways in which I could drive back to the West of Scotland), I managed to get an appointment the morning of the 16th over an hour away. Despite having explained to the CS reps the situation, when making the initial appointment and the replacement appointment the attitude was 'oh well, the system says there are no appointments, so there is nothing more I can do'. It was really infuriating to need to consistently ask 'do you have an Autoglass in town X?' and then see if there was an appointment. Autoglass - fix your booking system. If big box stores can tell me all the nearby locations that have an item I am looking for, your system should be able to easily tell the CS rep the earliest available appointments within a set radius. And if it does that already - train your people correctly.

The quality of the repair was great though and the technician was very courteous and kind. He was quick to let us know that the 45 minutes to an hour Autoglass quote for the repair time wasn't true and it would be closer to 90 minutes but also he pointed us to where we could get a decent cup of coffee.

Although the wrong LP was posted initially, Groovywax was quick to reply and send out the correct album. They even offered to allow me to keep the incorrect LP, but since I owned it already they were also quick to arrange its collection at my convenience.

This is a top-notch company. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I have bought a few instruments from Richtone and they have always provided excellent service. This latest time around I needed them to hold shipping by a few days so I could arrange to be at home on a specific day and they did it no problems. Everyone there that I've dealt with has been fantastic.

The blinds were delivered quickly and are exactly what we hoped they would be. The 1m pull chains were too short for our windows – the top of the windows being 2.8m above the floor – and RBD were quick to work with us to get chains that were a suitable length and still conform to child safety regulations. Excellent service!

I spent 12 years working in kitchens and have used many different types of pots and pans over the years. With kitchen utensils I am constantly searching for the perfect pieces for the cooking I do, and do all sorts of different cooking. I own 3 pieces of Falk Culinair and they are without doubt the most versatile pieces of cookware in my set. They heat up fast and even, allowing me to really control the temperature on the stove top. Not only are they technically perfect but they look absolutely fantastic!!! These pots and pans are worth every penny!!!

Guitar Village is one of those shops that you could spend hours perusing (online or in person - though I am in Scotland so I do my shopping online). I have been known to peruse for hours on end and when I saw the guitar I had been looking for all these years the guys at the shop made it happen without a hitch. There was some negotiation of price and when we agreed the payment was fast and it was shipped that day. Great service. I am looking forward to being near Farnham someday so that I can pop in to see the shop in person.
