I had major issues with the activation of office. Firstly Justin then Michael spent nearly 10 hours on the chat experience. I think we were both somewhat baffled but these guys did never give up and in the end success. So a huge thanks to those who manned the chat and helped me beyond expectations

The plant sent were a disgrace. In summer I would have expected a pear tree to arrive at least in leaf. Instead I got a 5 foot dead stick. The top four inches are black with dieback. There is no discenable root system. I am convinced they sent one of last autums bare root trees. The clematis main stems were both broken and it shows no sign of life. Its no surprise to me that this outfit does not have a telephone complaints system. Shocking dont ever buy products from this site. Took over 3 months to arrive

This company should not be called trusted as they are not to be. I booked parking and when I got the booking the small print stated that the parking was not suitable for those with disabilities. I instantly cancelled on 6th September. I recieved a reply on the 16th stating my refund had been approved. Today on 23 October I still have not recieved the refund. I have sent 6 customer service e mails 4 of which have been completely ignored
