We had been considering joining Octopus on recommendation of a friend and it was meant to be when we were approached by Scott an Octopus representative during a recent shopping trip. He was polite, friendly and very informative. He explained in detail about tariffs, daily charges, offers and for us advice and support using the app. He took details and showed us how to go about things. All our questions were answered, Scott was very patient and we had no hesitation in signing up to Octopus there and then. So far so good, correspondence excellent, app straight forward to use ànd feel confident to call for support any time. Thank you Scott for all your help and thank you Octopus for making the transition stress free.

Good customer service. We purchased a condenser dryer. No hard sell just commonsense explanation of how the appliances work and model changes also recommendations of which would suit our needs best. Offered a good deal to deliver, dispose of our old dryer and reassured all packaging would be recycled. A lovely friendly staff. Thank you.

Because we had been let down by another company, at the last minute, we rang WeAreBeds to double check the bed we wanted was still available.They were very helpful and friendly and we had no hesitation proceeding with an order.
