Ordered pick up from Gatwick Airport to…

Ordered pick up from Gatwick Airport to London n21 on 4.6.25. After a mix up in timing we were on our way. The driver, Ghanshyamsinh, was most pleasant, even provided water in the vehicle, lovely touch. Thank you for a smooth ride home for some very weary customers. I have been booking with BA Transfer for over 12 years now. Would gladly recommend.

Engineer turned up late

Engineer turned up late. Issue was not resolved, but we now know the reason why the shower wasn't getting any water. Now have to wait for original Engineer to fix the problem. A lot coming and going.

Engineer attended same day, unfortunately boiler has now gone and a replacement is required. Waiting to receive telephone call for estimate on Monday. (Bank Holiday).Corgi done their best.

Booked because it had a sauna and steam…

Booked because it had a sauna and steam room. Sauna was not working when arrived. Lockers were fiddly. Long wait for service when entering the spa. Breakfast was well serviced very polite staff. Bed was comfortable and room.
