Fantastic event as always.

I am a repeat visitor for this event. It's fan friendly and everyone is welcome. This truly is a community feel event and I look forward to it every year. Already planning for the 2026 event.

Review of Cosy Aromas

Long term member experience

Feel compelled to leave this review to show some appreciation for Cosy and their products.
My wife and I have been using Cosy for many years now and have amassed a very large collection of melts in that time.
I like that there's such a variety on offer as whilst there will be smells we both like, my wife and I have different tastes and Cosy are able to cater to the both of us very well.
Top marks as well to the staff. They've always been friendly when we've communicated via FB and the Cosy group, as well as when we've been fortunate to go to Cosy HQ in person (we live local to them).
It's nice to have a company that listens to it's fanbase and we always look forward to the new smells on offer and expanding our collection.
We'd always recommend Cosy to friends and family.

Continued disappointing level of…

Continued disappointing level of customer service from Zavvi.

I had contacted Zavvi via their communication portal regarding an issue surrounding an order of t-shirts.

When I contacted Zavvi they refused my request to simply replacement the items (for a different size) as per their apparent terms and conditions.

I have been granted a refund for the items and requested that a formal complaint was recorded as I was unable to locate their terms & conditions, and I requested feedback on their poor communication.

Each time I received a reply from the a Zavvi agent from the portal my chat was marked as "competed" when issues were outstanding.

I was forced to leave a Trust Pilot review previously for this matter for which a Zavvi agent replied via Trust Pilot stating that comments were left in my Zavvi account. After searching and searching I found that this was also inaccurate as no messages had been left.

I contacted Zavvi again via their online portal whereby an agent apologised and said that a complaint would be recorded (which should have already been done) and the "relevant department" would be in touch. This was nearly two weeks ago and the original issues started in the middle of September.

Sadly whilst the products themselves are fine, the level of customer service from Zavvi is a lot to be desired. If someone from Zavvi does read this review and wishes to respond, may I please ask that they review everything from the very start of my messages thread that began on 24 September 2024 on my Zavvi account.

Disappointing level of Customer Service

Disappointing level of customer service from Zavvi. I ordered 3 t-shirts and found that the size I ordered wasn't comfortable.

I contacted Zavvi who refused my request for a replacement items as per their apparent terms and conditions.

It would seem that the customer services agent I was talking to wasn't really reading my enquiry correctly either as she mentioned contacting the courier to stop the delivery, knowing full well that the order had already arrived as per my initial contact.

During the online conversation I was advised that I could "apply" for a refund, giving me a very strong impression that this was not going to be guaranteed.

Whilst I have been granted a refund I did request that a formal complaint was recorded as I was unable to locate their terms & conditions, and I requested feedback and communication regarding this. Thus far more than 2 weeks on, I've had no communication which sadly I'm not surprised by due to how previous miscommunication has been recorded.

Be vary wary in ordering clothes from Zavvi as if you're not happy with your purchase you will have no hope of an exchange.

EDIT: As seen below Zavvi have apparently sent a response to me via my account with them. No response has been found so will have to contact them again for a resolution.

Poor Service

The items arrived and I found that the size I ordered wasn't appropriate. I contacted Zavvi who rejected my request for a replacement and stated I would need to accept a refund and reorder the items. Whilst these enquiries were ongoing the price for the items increased. I have refused to purchase the items again as a result. Had Zavvi given a replacement I would be a happy customer and they would still have my money from the order. Zavvi did not provide free returns or refund the postage of the original order so I am out of pocket with no items to show for it.

Simply & fast service.

Instructions we very clear and concise and the offer given by Mazuma was very fair. The settlement cheque came very quickly. I had no problems at all with this service and would use it again as well as recommend it to friends and family.
