Saw Joe today who helped through the purchase of a new gortex jacket and 2 pairs of trousers. It was very nice to be helped by someone with substantial knowledge to guide us . He obviously likes his job . Joe is a credit to the company .

Tiles very very good quality and would definitely buy from them . Packaging from their warehouse was dreadful and apologies did not explain why - but put the blame on the courier who tried to help . Three stars for customer service and quality of tiles Thank you for the reply ... the 2 photo's did show the poor packaging and at least the courier tried to help . Nonetheless the tiles were superb quality

Hi John, I'm sorry you think our warehouse didn't package the tiles well, the boys do try very hard but as I explained in my email, the tiles in the boxes are very heavy and the hauliers do sometimes throw the boxes around and that means the tiles inside can crush some of the packaging, even when the package feels secure when we send it. When you sent us the photo of your box it had black tape around it and we don't use black tape, so I got the impression the box had been damaged enroute. We are really sorry you were unhappy, the last thing we want is unhappy customers, but glad to see you were happy with our service and products, thank you for your custom.
All I wanted to do was pay my house insurance renewal !. Nowhere on the web pages to do so and the price was wrong on the web page .. so tried the 'dumb bot' and was put through to a representative ... Wait 10 mins Got through someone (Simon)who .. 25 mins later had still not replied !! Waited another 10 mins for him ... nothing . So , although I trust Aviva to the hilt this quality of service is dreadful

Fabulous Service from Hidden hearing . Although my symptoms matched the point where a hearing aid was warranted the benefits were not as expected and no great help . Mike was extremely helpful in going through the Aids and very patient with me . The refund was very prompt to which I was very grateful . Hidden hearing kept to there word and I shall have no hesitation to return when my wife complains again !!
Showroom well lit and easy to find what we wanted . Have to mention our shopping experience was very well helped by your salesman Rocky . Rocky was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - a credit to you . Got what we found and very impressed by the range of stock .

First attempt at insuring my bike took over 3 1/2 hours .. mostly on hold as operaters gave the wrong information and passed onto a 'colleage' who contra manndered the first person .So the Company needs to re educate operators . Finally got the price and .. drumm roll : was insured . Next day someone rang up to say it was all wrong .. another hour on the phone

WHY WHY WHY do we just get a text to say .. ' Your power is off' . You fly around in £million pound helicopters . Don't upgrade equipment . Have lived in 3rd world counties with better supply . WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE BACK UP RELAYS ??????.
Bt shop .. Prompt service and delivery a day early.
Product .. BT HD phone ; sound quality has a hiss / hazy sound and nothing like HD quality. Cannot recommend BT phones

Nice to see /have such care taken with the installation . Matt and James are a credit to the company . The installation has transformed our conservatory to the point we can use it in the summer .Its quieter too. Don'y have to clean the b...y roof anymore :-) Would not hesitate to recommend the company
