Did not pay cashback despite following…

Did not pay cashback despite following the guidelines exactly. Bought car insurance via top cashback and the cashback should have also have been from top cashback! Essentially fraudulent activity and I'm reporting this. Will not use again.

How condescending Phil. Why is it that every other transaction works fine, but suddenly when you need to pay out £45 something went wrong that I did? You should out of decency and common courtesy for your customers make a good will payment really. Very poor customer service and like I said, I'll be switching to Quidco from now on.

Purely feedback based on booking only

Purely feedback based on booking only. Website was fairly easy to use and book.

Just for a bit of feedback, it wasn't really clear how to contact Ben's Bus to give you the information that you requested regarding names of children under 2 and I only stumbled across the finance email which didn't seem correct. Maybe in your travelling with children information section you could add which email to send that information to.

Really disappointed Octopus could not…

Really disappointed Octopus could not provide me with a fixed low electricity rate overnight to charge my house battery so moved to Tomato Energy who have been brilliant and offer me 5p/kWh between 1am and 6am overnight and 15p/kWh twice in the morning and evening.. those rates even include VAT! Also standing charges are much less at 44p.

Come on Octopus, I was a loyal customer but forced to leave because you're just not competing, review your tariffs and become competitive again.

As for Octopus not find my account, I'm still a gas customer with you so it's embarrassing you can't find my account with my email… come on Octopus, stop letting yourselves down.

Octopus, I know you have smart tariff rates but they, and your standing charges, are still far from being comparable to Tomato Energy. I recommend all Octopus customers to take a look at Tomato, much cheaper rates and been brilliant for me so far.

I understand your dissatisfaction in having to leave us due to the difference in unit rates offered. To provide a more in depth explanation, Octopus's rates fluctuate based on the wholesale energy market price. However they are capped as per the ofgem price cap. We have smart tariffs that do offer cheaper unit rates overnight that may be suitable to your needs if you wish to explore what rates we have in further detail i have sent you over an email.

On Octopus and thinking to switch? DO IT!

Saving £58 A MONTH compared to Octopus Energy's best tariff they could offer me. Great company so far, give them a try! I moved from Octopus Energy as they couldn't give me a decent fixed tariff to charge my battery at night and the Octopus energy standing charges are much higher!

Starting with them was easy and quick, there was a little discrepancy about the tariff they put me on initially but that was ironed out quickly after an email. The MyWatts website app seems to track usage accurately and shows cost on there too so expecting my first bill to be spot on.

Getting 5p fixed rate over night and 42p ish SC, so far very happy I made the move and would expect them to hoover up a lot more Octopus energy customers.

The reason why not 5 stars is their customer service phone line just rang and rang, I didn't wait long enough to find out how long it would ring for, but they were brilliant over email.

Delivery was meant to happen the day…

Delivery was meant to happen the day before but with only a few stops to go, and me changing my plans to ensure I was in, parcel never came and delivery was assuringly cancelled for that day. No communication from Yodel or the driver, really really poor customer service and this is the second time this has happened.

I've had disappointing experiences from…

I've had disappointing experiences from Yodel before, with not really anything in terms of apology or compensation. However, the Yodel driver nailed it today, found our property with no issues and delivered parcel on time. Well done Yodel! You've set the bar high now, I hope you can keep it up.

Never delivered on day stated, no comms

Was told delivery set between 13.23 to 15.23 on 28th October. 15.23 passed and no sign of delivery. Checked the app and the delivery appeared to be no longer happening that day. No communication from Yodel, no apologies and the efforts I made to ensure I was at home wasted. Delivery came the next day but to the neighbours address.

Yodel, please notify customers asap if a delivery has been cancelled! Still not received an apology from Yodel.

Also Yodel, what you described below is incorrect. The delivery did not occur on the day stated. Then the NEXT day, the parcel was delivered but the driver initially attempted to deliver to the neighbour. So two separate errors.

Nice easy ticketing app but admin costs high

Nice easy ticketing app. Admin costs are way too high and non refundable even if event is cancelled. Day light robbery i believe the term is. Would not happen with good old paper tickets or reserve and pay on the door. The fees should be paid for by the event organisers that want to sell the tickets! I avoid using this app if i can buy on the door before the event.

Unfortunately as the fee pays for our services rather than the event itself we're unable to refund the fees even when an event is cancelled.

We work very hard to keep the fees as low as possible while still letting us provide a high quality of service.

Brilliant from start to finish with a…

Brilliant from start to finish with a but.

James and Terri were clear, quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgable and experienced which made the simple remortgage even simpler. Terri pressed for quicker timelines which was great to see from her when the lender's solicitors were behaving slowly. The app was also a shining star in the process, making contact easy to them both and email was quick to send documents through. The app really should be applauded, 5 stars!

My only annoyance was the slight pressure selling from another colleague in Fluent for life insurance. Once I'd informed them I did not want to take up their suggested Life Insurance policy, they wanted to know why after I had already told them I wasn't interested. It should have ended when I told them I wasn't interested. Other than that, a brilliant experience from the my main professional contacts Terri Makin and James Henderson, give them a raise!

The blinds were of generally good…

The blinds were of generally good quality, but had some frayed edges here and there and a piece of plastic that was the wrong size for the roller blind causing it to not roll correctly. I fixed the issue myself but more attention to quality control wouldn't go a miss. Their motorised blinds are good but overall their blinds are of average quality and more expensive than most. We also had to wait 3 months for our blind and was not kept up to date when the previous promised delivery dates came and went. Happy with my blinds overall but I wouldn't use again. Only used initially because the company I normally use could not create the size blind I wanted.

Disgusting company..billions of profit from the poor

Making billions of profit from the poorest people of the UK. How the government hasn't intervened and reduced the amount of standing charges they charge is incomprehensible.

Also, they buy (via the Smart Export Guarantee) energy from people's solar panels at a very cheap rate, maybe 5p / kWh maximum, then charge their own customers over 5 times as much for the same electricity!!

Please answer how you can make so many billions in profit and cause many households to struggle to pay these extortionate energy bills?

The sales person had plenty of time and patience, in inclimate weather, as we tried to fit 2 large chairs into a small car. Homebase's customer service was excellent on this occasion as we managed to fit them in finally and it was only smiles from the employee.

We did not receive 3 out of 6 test…

We did not receive 3 out of 6 test results with no explanation why. One of the tests was a day 5 test to release and so defeated the object of having the test.

Unfortunately the service was basically unreliable and the online customer service very slow. I've not heard back any reasons as to why 3 test results were not received and have not been offered a refund for the poor service.

It's a shame because the test results we did receive came back within 12 hours and the staff at the Bradford location were very friendly and efficient both times we visited.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Travelpack charge grossly high "admin fees" for cancellation of £25 PER PERSON, even though it was the airline that cancelled completely out of my control due Covid19. AVOID, DO NOT USE. I will NEVER use this company again, worst customer service ever.
