Purchased CLARINS SERUM ON ON-BUY…

Purchased CLARINS SERUM ON ON-BUY Supplied by GUARDIAN GROUP, item arrived so late I chased it three times. The it did arrive item was 4 years out of date, the serum was so think you couldn't see through it, sent photos of what it should look like against what was sent so they could see that it was not suitable for use. Took to Clarins counter was told it was 4 years out of date and under no circumstances to use it. After weeks of waiting they finally sent return label, and only got part refund ! saying I had cancelled it !
Awful service, and I I am taking it further with my credit card company.. sale of goods act.. got to be of merchantable quality of which this defiantly wasn't.

I would like to say a huge thank you to…

I would like to say a huge thank you to a wonderfully helpful lady called Hannah on the phone at customer service : flights.
I needed to change the date on my Tui flight booking after realising I had had made a booking and wouldn’t be able to make my royal ascot trip.
Hannah provided me with support help listening to my dilemma and we re/ booked flights for a week later.
Amazing customer support and all done with smiley happy attitude I was super happy and blown away with the service.

Rude and nasty calls from retention team

Just had a very rude call from number: 01438382072 the retention department I guess, told her I wouldn't be coming back after I've just recently taken them to the ombudsman and won £504 after designing bills and court letters after I had actually left 6 months ago.
If this is the retention team, your attitude and rudeness is quite shocking.. As if id ever think of coming back after all the stress of the last 6 months.. SHOCKING

VERY BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
Bought a faux olive tree, it arrived and looked nothing like the photo, painted plastic stem, not wood, plastic stems, truly awful. After many emails I got it sent back at my own cost, which was £20, only to find they have only refunded deductible part of my money.
I will be taking this up with my credit card company and also writing a review in as many places as possible..
JUST DONT BUY FROM HERE .. they are not superior goods they are selling..

Empty box

Today i had my farfetch parcel delivered, my mother took it in, when i got home i went to open it and thought gosh it feels very light, like its empty... THATS BECAUSE IT WAS ! No purse inside.. written to customer services, awaiting reply.. Surely the item was weighed at FEDEX.. feel like ive been totally scammed... will be taking it through my AMEX card if its not resolved promptly.

Compelled to write a review tonight…

Compelled to write a review tonight about the outstanding service I’ve had from
KAM servicing Bulwell branch .
Broke down m1 slip road googled and these guys were nearest, rang then a lively guy called Paul talked me through and I decided to crawl there very slowly .
The guys were super friendly and very professional they showed me what had happened under the bonnet and went through what they could do .
They sorted parts and got me back on the road in a couple of hours amazing 🤩 I really thought it wouldn’t be done that day .
So very grateful and happy thank you Paul and team
You went above and beyond your attitude talking me through everything so clearly and also sorting so quickly I was bowled over .
Thank you thank you what s team ., I’ll be telling the world how amazing you are .,
And if course anything else I will use my local Sinfin derby branch for sure.,
