Click and collect , poor experience

Click and collect at the new store in Gallions reach is poorly considered, Two staff available at the counter taking cash payments also processing click and collect. At time of collection - a Monday morning, very few were using card payment. Long queues for the till

Disappointed still waiting

Original order placed in March. Product still not received due to issues with Royal Mail claiming delivery but not received nor any card or details of where products are

Upon checking, it seems you have spoken to one of our Optical Assistants regarding the glasses that Royal Mail was claiming to be delivered. This is already been replaced now and the order is currently in the laboratory being processed. We have marked this as urgently needed as well for you and upgraded to Royal Mail special delivery.

Please know that we are committed to improving our processes to prevent similar situations in the future. Your feedback will be used constructively to address any shortcomings and enhance our service.

Disappointed that it took so long 24 October to 25 November to achieve result.
Original diagnosis and repair was not successful and caused further delay.
No clear update as to whether parts were available or whether machine will be replaced or time response

Overall Happy with my Product although the delivery was a little longer than I expected. Ordering online for me was a little unclear but having the option to submit my original prescription resolved any concerns and the Customer service team was most reassuring
