had a problem with prescription entered.Unnecessary delay
USED BEFORE AND DUE TO SERVICE QUALITY WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO USE AGAIN. vERY LONG DELAY DUE TO AN ERROR WHEN ENTERING PRESCRIPTION REQUIRMENT .cHECKING ORDER ON TRACKER WAS NOT INFORMED OF ANY ISSUE AND CONTINUALLY LED TO BELIEVE THAT ALL AWS WELL.
MATTER COULD HAVE BEEN RESOLED IN MINUTES RATHER THAN 6 WEEKS IF SOMEONE HAD EMAILED OR CONTACTED ME PERSONALLY.
