Customer interest comes first - what a surprising and refreshing difference!

If you order 6 bottles a month, delivery and membership will be £2.41 per bottle. If you order 12 a month it will be £1.46 per bottle. However the auto-pay and auto-ship mean it’s hard to order 12 in one go without ordering more than 6 of one wine. The discounts exceed this but you are encouraged to trade up to earn back the membership fee. If you want the deals there are some steals.

Super speedy delivery, by two smiley and charming Panther guys. They were only too happy to put the new mattress upstairs, and take the old one away. They were in and out in three minutes, wouldn’t even take a glass of water.

I’m very impressed with Lightning Fibre. Their installers Charlie and Josh were sympathetic to our house and how to run in the fibre cable and site the equipment, and then they agreed how they would do it with me first. Their installation was incredibly neat and tidy. When testing the line they realised there was a problem down the street. Rather than leaving me to raise a ticket myself, they retained ownership for my problem and came back later that day and fixed the problem in the street. I was up and running in a day, despite the technical challenges. I was impressed by their attitude of taking ownership for getting us connected, and their ability to figure out the problems, and then actually fixing them. Really, great job Lightning Fibre! I now have 10x the bandwidth to the house, no buffering on 4K streaming simultaneously by every member of the household. Very happy!

One out of five boxes was missing on first delivery attempt. It was delivered the next day soaking wet. Luckily the contents were not damaged, but could have been worse. Honestly: just a bit sloppy, for a logistics company.

HJA replaced our boiler for a new Worcester a year ago. Not only was the job done quickly, but the new copper pipe work was a work of art compared to what it was like! Since then Harry has also serviced the boiler and showed the same attention to detail. Can’t recommend a plumber higher.
