ordered 6 A60 ES27 led bulbs for my kitchen lights uprating from 2700k to 6500k. What a difference! Quick delivery too. So impressed, I've just ordered 6 more!

My home has a long path with 14 steps but regardless of the weather, Parcels are always delivered caerfully.

In Oct 2023 We had our old oil heating system replaced in its entirety due to the complete and unrepairable faults with the boiler. It wasn't an easy choice - go LPG or Electric. Mains gas was not an option. We chose LPG and used a 'Which trusted trader'. The whole system was replaced in 5 days and has worked without fault but took some getting used to. The only downside is the higher running cost in comparison to the oil boiler. This is not a fault with the boiler but more with us getting used to how to effectively run the system.
In all respects, We made the right call.

From initial assessment of what was needed to change from Oil fired heating to LPG heating, right through to the work stages all of which was carried out to an excellent standard. From start to finish (Darren at assessment and Jake & Josh who carried out the work) the staff were courteous and informative throughout.
A very good job, Highly recommended.

Spent ages looking for Walking Sticks with Gel handles for my Wife. These not only look good, but they adjust to a shorter length to suit than all the others.

On 5th march 2023 I placed an order for a freezer part and the website required instant payment. The website showed the part as in stock.
On 6th March I had an email confirming my order.
The part never arrived. I asked for a refund on 25th April but was told that it wasn't possible but the part would be sent when the manufacturer next had stocks. Today is 10th May and no delivery. If you order anything from this company then you'll need your head testing, they'll take your money but don't hold your breath for any delivery and you've said goodbye to your money! If they didn't have the part advertised then they should have said so and refunded the payment at the start. But it would appear that the company went into administration 14 days after taking the order for the part they couldn't get and didn't have at the time of advertising.
Totally untrustworthy! If I could put zero stars, I would, but the site doesn't allow it

My clutch failed on a clearway without street lights, at approx 6pm. Having spent some time trying to see what the problem was, and failed, I called the RAC at 7pm. I had my 2 grandchildren with me so I had to arrange their collection by another family member>
I was on the phone for 45mins while a foreign gent
was messing about trying to find my location that I had to explain eight times during the 45 mins! He could not find the A473, or Church Village in South Wales! He had no idea what he was doing! Then, 15mins after the call ended, got a text saying we'll do all we can but it may take longer than usual. Then at 30 min intervals - Roads are busy find somewhere safe to wait. Next update: It's still busy.
It's now 9.50pm and another text: We've got a specialist team looking at your breakdown. We'll update you in 30 mins or your patrol will call you when they're on the way. 10.15pm: We're sending one of our trusted partners to rescue you. We'll be in touch shortly with the details.
I rang them again to ask what was the likely ETA and surprisingly I was put through to Walls Recovery and a man who was amazed that I had got through to him in his control room, but then added it was typical of RAC, they did it regularly. Then He said they'd only just been given the callout and it would be at least 4.5 hours (2am - 2.30am) before they would get to me. I wasn't going to sit there in the dark for possibly another 6 hours, so with a little help from my family, on my rapidly dying phone battery, I got another recovery firm to come and get me and he towed my car to my Garage.
RAC were less than USELESS and I will be saving the monthly payment from now on!!

Quick delivery and once the led bulbs were fitted to my chandelier, the room lights up like daylight!

It matters not what I order, it's delivered the next working day. I haven't yet found that toolstation didn't have what I wanted, and it was at an amazing price compared to elsewhere!

Tried to get parts for 1998 Honda CRV and after using 1st Choice, had three quotes back. I went with the last quote from ECO car parts, and I am expecting delivery in a day or two.
Site was easy to use and I was done and dusted in a few minutes.
Will definitely use again
