I ordered from the company because I liked the great choice of shirts, the colours and the patterns and they weren't too expensive. From ordering to receiving my item was about 10 days. I didn't realise they were coming from China at the time.
Despite all the negative reviews on here I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. It looked the same as on their website, was an excellent fit, and felt comfortable to wear and was not off a thin material. The buttons were a bit small and fiddly especially the cuffs but i managed ok. The label inside had been cut out so am not sure about the material or washing instructions. I will order from them again.

Good service, they tell you how much it's going to cost before they do the job, give you a time to bring your car in and don't keep it all day.

The house was fantastic, large inside with 3 bedrooms, plenty of storage space for clothes. The house was warm, and loads of parking at the back of the house, we didn't move the car as we were only 2 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. The owner left us a Xmas cake, biscuits, some wine and crackers which was a nice touch. One of the nicest houses we have stayed in and one we wil certainly consider again if we are ever in the area.

Very easy to complete insurance online. Quick and was cheaper than last years insurance and half the price of my renewal quote from my existing insurance company for next year.

I traded in a lens i had for one on the photo website, and some money back. My lens was 'like new' and the item I expected to receive was 'like new', a lens was picked out for me, I assumed it would be complete, unfortunately Item came without the lens hood. I contacted them but they wouldn't budge, there's no way i would have ordered a lens without a lens hood it doesn't make sense. Am very disappointed - had to order one at a cost of £36 from good old Amazon, they never let you down!

The operator listened to my 'complaint' and explained in detail what i was paying currently and why, then made changes which were to my benefit. The ladyy was very helpful.

I've been on the lookout for a good quality leather jacket for a few years, one that wasn't too expensive. Imagine my surprise to discover 'BoutiqueEngland' with their huge selection of jackets for men and women and other leatherwear. I bought a nice red jacket, it's a perfect fit, a quality item, well made, and it was delivered quickly to me too. I was so happy with it I purchased another jacket a few weeks later. I've never seen such a variety of jackets before in one place in all colours, not just in the standard black. I'm delighted with my purchase.

The store didn't have the CD I wanted so they said they could order it for me and have it sent to my home address. I ordered it on a Sunday and I received my order on the Tuesday morning! The item was even cheaper than one from a large online well known retailer! I am very pleased with the service and rapid delivery.

I ordered the flowers online for a friend. They were delivered on time but I did have to pay extra for that. I didn't actually see the flowers at any point, I only saw a photo of them on the website. They were very expensive - more than I've ever paid for flowers before. My friend was delighted with them, she said, and showed me a photo of all the flowers she had received. I expected my flowers to be bigger than all the others for that price but they didn't look any bigger. I ordered from Interflora because I'd heard of them and it was easier to do that than try to find a florist in the high street, so it was done for convenience really. I don't know if I will use them again at that price but she was pleased with them so that's all that matters.

Sales assistant was very helpful, suggesting a colour match with a sample I brought with me. He explained all the various options and told me how to care for the product once I'd bought it. He was friendly and chatty and no way did I feel like I had to leave the shop once I'd paid for my product.

Tracy did an excellent job in convincing me to make a will and funeral plan and made it seem simpler to achieve than I thought it would be. I had been meaning to arrange this for sometime but kept putting it off, thinking that it would be complicated but it was far from it. She was friendly and open and put me at ease. I can sit back, relax and put it to the back of my mind now. Many thanks.

I received my book today. Since I was notified that it was on it's way I have hardly been able to contain myself, coming home every lunchtime to try and catch the postman. Now I finally have it in my hands....my first impressions are is that it is heavy...must be a quality product I think, with thick glossy pages and a hardback cover. It's very neat inside, everything is as it was when I was creating the book, the software was easy to use though looks a bit daunting when you first download it but once I'd done a couple of pages I really got into it and spent many hours swapping and changing the photos, the quantity on each page, the colours of the backgrounds and the colours of the lines round the edges of each photo, anything and everything is possible. It took me about a week to do and I didn't really want to finish it I was enjoying myself that much! When I uploaded it to the website it took 45 minutes on my ancient pc and I was praying that it wouldn't crash but everything went ok. The photos have come out exactly as I envisaged and don't look like photocopies so I don't know how it's done. I'm in the printing trade myself and have examined it in detail and I have to say it's faultless. Well done you for creating a quality product at an unbelievable price. I haven't put it down yet, I think I may have to sleep with it under my pillow! I may do another!!! Many thanks.
