Terrible company

Terrible company. Wish I could give no stars. My partner is going through a divorce. All this company want is money money money. Been going on for nearly two years and still not sorted but nearly £40000 down the drain. Send emails and they don’t respond except when the next bill is due even though he is in credit. Has to send stuff and when he asks for stuff gets nothing.

Very disappointed with most haunted

Very disappointed with most haunted. We booked to go to two events but then my partners mum was on end of life and unfortunately she passed away. When we cancelled the two events there was no reply back. Seems like they just want your money.The two dates were the 23rd September 2023 and 30th September 2023.

My son ordered McDonald’s on Friday the…

My son ordered McDonald’s on Friday the 9th September and the food was cold and took an hour and a half to be delivered. The order was completely wrong. One of the burgers wasn’t wrapped properly and should of had bacon in it but didn’t. The cakes were wrong. All he got back was £4 when the order came to £25. Disgusting.

Cashback amount different

Got a nice phone for my son with a free gift which he loves and £10 casback a month. Had to claim it back every 6 months but only got £48 back instead of £60. Why say £10 Cashback if you’re going to send me back a lower amount.

I do apologise that you haven't been satisfied with our cashback scheme and I appreciate your frustration with this.

We feel cashback is a fantastic way for customers to be able to reduce their monthly bills. Cashback can be claimed in your 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th and 18th billing months by filling out the cashback claim form on our website. You have 60 days to make the claim once you receive your network bill in those months and if you then put this money towards your line rental, this effectively reduces the cost to you.

The total cashback amount is divided into 5 equal payments, the first claim is due using your 6th bill, after that every 3 months. You will receive £48 each time.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I would give no stars if I could. The 14 day cooling off period was gone before the nternet was installed. Crap internet. My boys couldn't do gaming on line. Had so many arguments with home telecom but you don't get any where as they seem to think they are right all the time.
I ended up getting a loan out to cancel it. Such a waste of money. Went to virgin and have had no problems.paid £600 for nothing. So annoyed. Might refer this to watchdog. They can't keep getting away with this
