Excellent service from this company

Excellent service from this company. I placed an order that I needed urgently, and they delivered without any hassle. Communication was quick and clear, the whole process was straightforward, and the price for the container castors was very fair. I would highly recommend them.

Dreadful cricket commentary

Dreadful cricket commentary. Sounds like, about four blokes, constantly rambling on, some of whom can barely string a sentence together. They are so busy constantly trying to analyse everything that they actually forget to commentate on the game. Complete mess and I have to turn it off. Only saving grace is the return of Bumble.

Not very Pro'

Be very careful if you book an appointment to have tyres fitted with these people particularly if you book through a 3rd party such as etyres etc.

I booked my van in for a tyre to be fitted and confirmed the appointment slot on the etyes website.
I took the afternoon off work and drove the 45 minutes through traffic only to be told that they couldn't do the job!

Apparently they had contacted etyres to tell them that they couldn't do the job as my van wouldn't fit in their workshop (which it would have easily as I could see this for myself)

I think they either didn't fancy the job (as it was a rear inner tyre on a Luton van) or more likely (and as mentioned by the guy that I dealt with) my van was going to block up his MOT bay where he had many MOT's booked that afternoon...which clearly are a bigger money spinner!

It begs the question...if this place had contacted etyres to inform them that they couuldn't do the job then why didn't they also give me a quick courtesy call at the same time?

I don't actually like giving negative reviews but when things leave me out of pocket I think it's only fair to tell others that they might be best to contact this business before they give up their own time and risk not getting their job done.

WARNING - AVOID !!!!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Complete bunch of sharks that will do anything to avoid taking goods back for refund. The goods that I received were incredibly poor quality with no labels and sized about 4-5 sizes too small. They are based in Asia and expect you to send their absolute rubbish garments back to them at your expense (which they know that you probably won't bother with) so then proceed to make your ridiculous offers like..keep the rubbish that they sent to you and they will give you half of your money back. PLEASE do not do business with them as you will almost certainly regret it and doing business with them keeps these sharks in business.

simply fantastic

I can fully recommend this service, I've been using it for around a year now and it's proved invaluable. I never have to worry about missing a call when driving or in a meeting. Customers love speaking to a real person rather than a voicemail. The Pure Jam service ensures that I hardly ever lose a sale!!
