No problems. Communication kept to a minimum. Couldn’t ask for better.

Never arrived on delivery date despite paying extra and taking a day off work and all they could do was offer half my delivery charge back. Not good enough. So I cancelled order. I had this problem once before but thought it was a one off. Never again will I use this company.

Order arrived before estimated delivery day! Next day after ordering. Luckily there was someone at home to receive it. The only negative was delivery company DPD they should’ve delivered two parcels but left one and had to come back next day. Emailed company and customer services got back within 6 hours to reassure me it would be delivered next day and it was. Extremely reasonable prices after doing a search online. So all in all I would do business again based on this experience.

Just Park was easy to use to find parking we wanted. Reasonable prices. Email/text messages was sufficient enough, wasn’t overwhelmed. No problems when we got to our booked space. It would’ve been dearer to park at venue but found this half the price and a lot easier to exit Wembley than using their overpriced car park. Would definitely recommend using this if you want to save time and money. My experience was positive.

Parcel arrived ok and when said. Books as said although one book was wrong and I had to keep chasing customer service for an answer all the time, and then book I did want was no longer available and I am still waiting for refund. Ok company but won’t use again.

Product as ordered, arrived promptly. Also customer enquiry via email was great. Asked for advice and received it. Did another order and that also arrived and was what I ordered. Reasonably priced items. Now have a shower working again.

Easy to order online, had everything we wanted. Prices reasonable. Phone call to say when they would be delivered. Delivery driver pleasant. I would recommend this company and will be ordering again in the future.

Went in hull store just to see was greeted warmly and made to feel welcomed. Was given excellent advise. No pressure sales. Given a price for bed interested in and left the store without purchasing as wanted to think about it. Didn’t return to store but purchased on line which was as hassle free. Bensons have since given me a delivery date which was what I was told in store. Now looking forward to new bed arriving. Yes I would recommend Bensons to buy a bed.

Haven't fitted it yet, but what I can see looks great. Delivery was when said and when I asked a question it was answered promptly.

I ordered two sets of wheels for my curved shower doors. I did a search for the best price and Shower Seal even with postage was cheaper than others. The website was easy to navigate. The ordering process was excellent and the update on delivery was great as well. Well packaged and arrived undamaged. Have fitted them to my shower doors and they do the job they need to do. Will definitely use Shower Seal Ltd again.
