After running a phonebill for £ 18.70 just to listen to a voice saying sorry their all busy, but i could visit the shop in the Cotswolds *
( which would be faster and far cheaper) i gave up with the call.
The original order was put back for delivery until 2021, as the order was for a Christmas gift ive requested a refund.
I would suggest they employ more agents! which would generate more sales , or go down the road to insolvency.
Never will i use this firm again,

The fitter arrived before time after a phone call, the tyres were fitted and balanced to a higher standard than expected and with a courteous and efficient manor.
He knew what he was talking about and didn't even take me up on a cup of tea. ! didn't rush the job and left me feeling highly satisfied.
