UPS left several notices that I had to…

UPS left several notices that I had to pay an additional $71.30 in order to get my delivery, that would prove the item higher than anyone else. This additional charge was not disclosed to me. I do not wish pay that additional amount so would prefer a refund

Easiest Booking I've ever had, And my Rep was extremely helpful

I was nervous about setting up this reservation as I've never been to Hawaii, and there is a lot of money on the table on this trip, so decided to call rather then settle for my trip via a computer screen and man am I glad I did. My rep was VERY informative and helpful. Now I am looking forward to my trip... BookIt will be on my bookmarks from here on in
