The delivery was very quick and the dress is lovely, It fits well, the material is very delicate and makes the dress appear more expensive than it is. The last garment I ordered was very creased and not the quality I was expecting so I was relieved when this one arrived and in much better condition.

As a gesture of goodwill he arranged for a recompense for my inconvenience which was very good of him. I very much appreciated the fact that you could talk to someone instead of a machine.

The process was straightforward but delivery was delayed and resulted in problems because I had cancelled the insurance on my old car. Eventually the new vehicle came 3 days later and was delivered by Neil from the Derby branch who was very thorough and checked the car over with me. Cinch have been in touch regularly and made amends for the inconvenience. Thank you very much.

I could not believe the condition of the dress when I unpacked it. It was so very badly packed and so creased it looked like a rag.

An excellent service for people who need to rent a car and are just doing a short journey. I have used the company several times and am very satisfied with the service. However the receptionist I dealt with last time was far too zealous with trying to push add-ons such as extra insurances and a cleaning charge which I had never heard of before.
