The buying experience at the Ditchling showsite was first class, David was helpful and knowledgeable without being too "salesy". Tony Birkbeck, who installed the greenhouse for us, was excellent - friendly, professional, and efficient. Very pleased with the greenhouse which I'm sure will prove a great asset. A good experience all round.
We decided to buy our patio furniture from this company, even though they were more expensive than others, partly for the 10 year warranty they offered. However, the table top has started to disintegrate after just a few years so we claimed under warranty. Although White Stores promptly agreed the product was faulty and would be replaced, eight months later we are still waiting. Their customer services claim they cannot do anything until their manufacturer supplies it, and they don't even provide updates unless we chase them. Very poor.

Stayed in all day on the scheduled day but didn't arrive until following day. Customer service wasn't at all helpful.

We’re sorry that you have had a poor experience with us. We have seen record breaking volumes over the past few weeks and we are sorry that we have not been able to deliver the high standards that we normally do.
Ordered a £210 camera, they claimed that it had shipped and gave a Royal Mail tracking number but RM confirmed they had not received it. Multiple emails and texts totally ignored, I have now begun the process with my bank to recover the payment and will be advising Trading Standards about these scammers.

Item was delivered within a few days of order but one part was missing and a couple of bolts that should have been attached to the machine were lying loose inside the box. Customer services ordered the missing bits within a day or so of being notified, still awaiting their arrival.
