BEWARE!

BEWARE! I've never dealt with such an incompetent company before. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Through their Pearson MindHub Certiport, I ordered a bunch of BrainBuffet eCourses and Practice Tests. Their directions to book exams just go in circles and there was no way to book them, the vouchers they gave me to redeem my BrainBuffet eCourse, don't work, to redeem my practice tests, the links they give are to broken pages that don't work. For months now I've been trying to get them to either refund me or give me all the goods I've paid for. They haven't been able to do it and it takes weeks to reply to emails, and when they do reply, they just say go to this link and redeem your exam, taking me to some other site that they never gave before and I can't login to because I don't have an account, and they completely ignore that I don't have access to any of the other things I've purchased from them. I'm now in the process to reporting them through Trading Standards!

Anytime you book with them online they ridiculously charge you an extra "digital charge" and a "booking fee". Pure corruption.

Site does not work

Would like to order some trousers but their site does not work. Tried paypal and it just loads and loads and nothing happens. Then it logs you out and say exact password I had last time logged in does not work. There does not seem to be anyway to contact a human to fix their dodgy site.

They charge booking fee and app does not work

They do a ridiculous booking fee of £10 every time you make a purchase on their site. Why?

Plus I orderd their Learning Plus package as an extra but their app does not work. I've asked them for a refund on the package buy they are ignorning me. Best to go eleswhere.

The fee is charged for administering the booking process on behalf of the pupil and their instructor, for administering the funds in the separate ‘pupil’ bank account, and for transferring funds to the instructor".

OnePlus is Incompetent

OnePlus are trying to sell us their very expensive phones, stating that they are very innovative and worth the money, and their website they use to sell it is one of the worst buggy sites I've ever had to deal with. Nothing works on it, non stop errors, stupid navigation, a joke. My friend said he would never buy from OnePlus because their site is so bad and I have to agree with that. Not that their site let's me buy a phone anyway or even raise a support ticket to solve their buggy site, because I even get an error there!

They are greedy

Ridiculously puts advertisement in prime films, even though we have purchased prime! I will definitely attempt to purchase things elsewhere from Amazon from now on. Just pure greed by Amazon.

They Don't Care

They advertise the positives of their avios system and credit cards but they have now just increased the spend once again by 3k to get a companion voucher. Plus it used to be two years to use your companion voucher and now it is one year. Plus it used to be free to switch companion voucher days to another day because the system is automatically setup to allow you to do that, but now they charge you if you change dates. Their website is also terrible and it's so hard to book with your avios or use your companion voucher with their search function and it constantly comes up with errors. I've reported the errors that happen, with many screenshots and gave them feedback on their feedback tab, but they never do anything about it and it's the same thing happening for years. It's obvious that British Airways doesn't like the Avios system and companion voucher scheme and makes it difficult for the customer to use them. So why don't they just cancel altogether and let us know so we can start using a different credit card system.

Steam Has Turned Greedy.

Shocked how bad Steam support has become. Epic competition seems to have done nothing to make them enhance their service. I'm not able to actually make any more purchases on Steam. I get an error of "Your Transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction on your account." That makes no sense and I've tried and tried to find some way to contact Steam to tell them their system is bugged but I've been unable to get through to a human. Their behaviour in doing such a thing can be nothing but GREED. Instead of hiring some humans and paying them to help troubleshoot valuable customers like myself, they are trying to squeeze as much profit as they possible can out of their sheer lack of human support system. Shame on Steam and if ever I have a chance to purchase a game off steam in the future I definitely will.

Our systems show an attempt was made ...

They do it all the time. You wait in all day for them and then they don't come. You contact them and ask why didn't you come but they claim they attempted to deliver/pickup but there was nobody on arrival. You then ask for proof they came and they say they don't deliver that service of proof.

If I didn't show up for my job and lied that I did I would get fired! For DHL it doesn't seem to matter.

Purchased a Sage Barista Express Impress…

We purchased a Sage Barista Express Impress Coffee Machine. We really like the machine but early on it developed a leak. When we went to make a warranty claim to get it fixed, the process was very slow and took over a month for somebody to eventually come out and fix it. But the problem was not fixed and we told Sage and they have done nothing about it other than say we have forwarded your email on to somebody who will get back to you. I made an official complaint and said I want to hear back from a manager about it and I was told it was forwarded and I'll hear something back soon. Absolutely nothing. I've decided to write to them every three days now for an update but so far they don't care and no response. I guess my next step is to make some legal claim against them for breaking the term of condition on the sale but so ridiculous it has to come to this. Even though we really like their machine we can not ever buy from them again.

Are ASUS products good?

Are ASUS products good? Maybe. However, if you ever have an issue with an ASUS product you are s**t out of luck! Their customer service and support side of the business is the worse I've seen. I purchased a ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI ATX Motherboard. Part of the reason I got it was because ASUS was doing a cashback deal. Over 4 months now and I've still not received the cashback. In contrast, I went for an MSI PSU for my computer and they gave me the cash back within a week! Asus did write a few months ago there were some delays in getting the cashback but still nothing and they just completely ignore my emails now. There also seems to be many people saying if you claim a faulty product with ASUS through their warranty, good luck getting anything from that too.

This was the first time I've gone with ASUS for my build and it will definitely be the last!

So many commercials now it's overwhelming. And not just 5 seconds and you can skip. 15 seconds and two commercials every time and you pause the video for more than 5-10 minutes and come back, you get hit again.

We all need to get together and create a community site that hosts videos so we can leave YouTube behind.

DHL like to blame it's customers for their failures

Another one star to add to all the other thousands of one star reviews. Today I receive a parcel from Amazon and from ParcelForce with no issues. But my order from DHL was not delivered because supposedly it is my fault that I was not in. But magically I was in to accept all the other parcels but just not in when DHL decides to come. Where is your evidence I was not in DHL ...? And this happened earlier in the month also. Until you stop letting your drivers get away with this disrespectful behaviour, you will always get the worst reviews out of all delivery companies.

Don't buy from a store who uses Yodel

First, you can never get a hold of them. You always have for their chat "We're sorry, all of our operators are busy. Please try again in a few minutes." Maybe Yodel should hire more human staff then focusing all their profits for their shareholders...?

They have failed twice to deliver my package, even though I was here at the house all day. Complained to ASOS who said they can see it has not been delivered and will chase for me. I also took a screen shot of their site that said not delivered at 21:20. I login the next morning, and they said they have now delivered it the day before!

Every time I know a company is using Yodel to deliver with, it makes me first look at other stores to buy the product who are not using Yodel.

UPS Being Useless As Usual

Waiting all day for delivery. UPS contact on the day saying "Shipping address provided is either incorrect or incomplete." The shipping address is fine. And now there is no way for me to get ahold of them. I do the AI chat which finally lets me get ahold of a form to submit. But the only options it gives is change delivery address or info notice number. So can't get a hold of an actual human.

I've told the company I ordered now from to cancel my order. Waste of my time.

The £25 Pret subscription seems good on paper. But they never have in stock what you are supposed to get with your subscription. Good luck trying to get a smoothie or shake if you don't want to drink a 5th cup of coffee.

Bought a Hilfiger watch

Bought a Hilfiger watch. Needle broke after 3 months. It's under warranty for two years according to Hilfiger. But they outsource this process to a company called Movado. There is no email you can contact or phone number given for Movado. On their site it says contact a local retailer that will do the warranty. There is only two listed in London. One said they haven't done any work for Movado in years and their details are incorrectly put on their site and they have not been able to change it with Movado. The second one only seems to accept American address and I'm unable to proceed with sending them a message.

Definitely the last time I buy a Hilfiger watch.

Terrible site with security issues

Love the artists on the site but the number of times Etsy has suspended my account because of security reasons is absurd. Happened to my fiancée too and friend. Then you have to contact them and wait days until they get back to you with an email asking you for all this information to get your account back. So frustrating.

Good Beer and Friendly Staff

They have some really good, unique beer, done by a different theme every month. The magazine they offer with subscription is creative and interesting for those who like to know more about the beer they are drinking. A few snacks are thrown in also. The overall price for the subscription of either 8 or more expensive 10 beers, is overall pricey. Especially because the sizes of cans are not all the same size, many coming in with the smaller size of 330ml. However, trying to get such unique beer at a pub will cost you more than twice as much. And you can get some deals on their site also. Staff very friendly and hardworking. Paul was one of them I dealt with and overall seems like a good company.

Worst card ever

Worst card ever. Their app interface is shocking. It decided to no longer want to recognize my fingerprint so I have to put in a code I was forced to put in, with so many more digits that most other cards don't ask for, 6 months ago. I haven't used that code for 6 months so have no idea what it was. When you say forgot, it then sends you a text number. When you put it in, it doesn't automatically move the cursor to the next spot and also strangely the cursor can move over even on the spot you just put the number. So you have to manually move it over but before that it asks what was the last amount you spent, and gives you like 5 options. Well I just bought a £2,000 laptop, which is why I was logging on, but haven't actually used the card in months and the 2,000 was not there but a bunch of other options. You also have a none of the above. So chose that and after two attempts my card is blocked. And there is no email to contact and they give you paid numbers that take forever to answer. I'm definitely cancelling this card. I've never been able to fault Amazon but they definitely made a mistake on this one. Even the name is confusing - New Day. Just terrible branding and bad use of tech.
