Please don't buy from this site. The products are shockingly bad (although the marketing is great). Refunds policy is none existent, so I had to snatch back the payment through my Credit Card company.

Great products and excellent service every time. It's my go to place for all appliance spares and accessories.

Ordered online with no fuss at all. The mattress arrived vacuum packed in a box... break the seal and 24 hours later it'd all popped into shape. The only comment I'd make is that it'd be good to understand that a mattress packaged this way might take some time to expand, particularly if a customer wanted to use it the same day.

I'm a fussy customer... a REALLY fussy customer. I needed a corner sofa that would fit my available space exactly and a colour match that would suit my room theme perfectly. The team at Saxon (special shout out to Tia), were so unbelievably helpful - oodles of swatches, numerous quotes, many alterations to the basic design (back raised 8cm, different feet, adjustments to the button configuration, bespoke seat cushions... the list goes on!).

Needless to say we're delighted with the result. Saxon come highly recommended. Thanks for your patience and understanding guys - you're the best!

I've been with Avro now for almost 2 years and they've proven to be both helpful and competitive. Today I've just switched to a lower, fixed rate tariff and the lovely Laura couldn't have been more brilliant (saved around £220.00 per year!).

Granted, they don't yet have the capability to take usage via Smart Meters (I've been told that this is coming soon after lockdown has ended), but the service and price far outweighs the inconvenience of a monthly meter read that I can submit online.

Keep up the great work Avro (and Laura), it's very much appreciated.
