I’d never ordered from Cool Blades before but they had the product I wanted in stock and at a reasonable price, and having read all the great reviews I placed my order.
Well, wow! Brilliant service and everything received in good time .
And the additional bonus of a small pack of haribo inside my parcel was a lovely surprise!
Will definitely be ordering again as it’s so nice to find a company that’s so good!

It was quick and easy to find the tickets I was looking for however the registration process to sign up to the website wasn't smooth and kept coming up with an error meaning that I almost lost the tickets I had in my basket due to the timer countdown.
Thankfully I managed to sign up, register and purchase the tickets I wanted.

Received a recent campaign box and loved trying the new products. Found it really good fun and nice to try something new

Really pleased with the service received from iherb and the delivery time wasn’t as long as stated when I placed the order either. Having seen a few negative reviews on here I wasn’t sure whether to place the order but I did and I will be using them again

Delivery didn’t arrive on the date it was scheduled and arranged for when we’d made plans for someone to be available all day, the tracking information also didn’t work and there’s no phone numbers to actually be able to speak with someone.
We only found out the delivery had been scheduled for the following day at about 10am on the day it was being delivered with no timeslot and just as an “all day delivery”.
I understand things happen etc but to have no tracking info working and being unable to speak with someone is ridiculous especially when the deliveries are rearranged without actually checking someone will be available.
All in all we had a pretty poor experience

After shopping with Dorothy Perkins for over 20 years, I won’t be shopping with them again.
I’m currently owed a refund of approx £180 for items returned to them that they’ve confirmed were received over 20 days ago, yet won’t provide me any proof of the refund actually being processed. As I understand it, refunds should be provided within 14 days of goods being returned and I’m still at 20 days and counting.
No advisor is able to actually help me as I just keep being told to “contact my bank”, “check my junk mail” or “please allow 5 days”…..all of which are unreasonable and becoming extremely ridiculous and beyond a joke.
I’m just hoping I can get the money back as I’m becoming extremely concerned about the constant excuses from them but needless to say, I won’t ever be shopping with them again as I can’t afford to be ripped off and what feels like scammed right now

Managed to lock myself out of the house. Arrived within 35 mins of making the call & was in the house very swiftly after Lee had arrived! Brilliant service, very reasonable prices, great knowledge and professional. Would highly recommend

We found OnBuy.com to be really good. Easy ordering process and the delivery arrived than it had been estimated at! All in all a really good service and would use them again

We ordered our sofas in December and had a really helpful salesman who wasn't pushy at all and the sofas were due for delivery in March. Unfortunately due to lockdown and the COVID19 pandemic, this delivery date was postponed however SCS kept us informed regularly that they were doing what they could given the circumstances. When the lockdown was beginning to be eased SCS contacted us to advise of a possible delivery date which was confirmed a few days later.
We called them the day before delivery was due to find out if it was an am or pm delivery and they advised they would call on the day of delivery 1 hour before it was due, which they did and which was very helpful to make sure we were ready.
The drivers arrived and were very helpful and pleasant and maintained social distancing while making the delivery. They put the sofas together and tested the reclining mechanisms were all working before leaving.

All in all a good experience with SCS throughout and the regular updates during the lockdown were very much appreciated as it made us feel like a valued customer.

Placed an order for a cologne that I couldn't find elsewhere and a perfume I usually order from different sites.
It did take just over 2 weeks for the order to arrive but when I got in touch to query the order status I received helpful replies with the order update and also follow up emails checking I'd received everything ok.
Will be using solippy again! :)

I ordered a couple of items from Superdry and within a couple of days the items had arrived! Very impressed with the quick service!
I have returned a few items with them previously and it was all very hassle free and wil definitely be using them again!
