I use to buy from Brand Alley ALOT

I use to buy from Brand Alley ALOT. However the last few months their customer service is diabolical. I have to chase every single return. It’s laborious and I’ve decided to stop buying any clothing items as it’s not reliable when it comes to returns. Such a shame
