A good reputation no longer deserved.

This company has such a reputation for it's products but clearly doesn't recognise the term 'customer service' They market a fine Eau de Parfum 'Opium' a particular favourite of my wife for many years. Recently, as she neared the end of a bottle she noticed that there was a small quantity of perfume left at the bottom of the bottle which could not be reached by the internal pipe/spray. There is no means of reaching this quantity which, considering the cost of the product [£110 per 50ml]] must make them a tidy little bonus on their world-wide sales. I have written to them twice. Had one reply asking me to send a photograph [which I had done originally] and the receipt - from over 2 years ago. I wrote a second time and they are now ignoring me and failing to respond. This is a disappointing situation and I would advise any other customers to take up the matter with them and change to another superior product as I have done purchasing Chanel instead. Get a grip YSL your clients deserve better than this.

What an appalling company this is

What an appalling company this is. They claim to be 'meet and greet' They will, however, not meet their clients and the only greeting they give is one of disrespect, dishonesty and discourtesy. Their staff are beyond useless and have no interest in giving the service for which they have been paid. Do not use this company under any circumstances. This was booked on my behalf by On The Beach. Second time lucky.

Despite the two reviews of Bristol Heritage, my experience with Gloucester Heritage was quite different. I went in to look at the Octavia and Scala with a view to buying. The team were helpful and informative and I had a good test drive in a Scala which sold me on that model. Unfortunately, they didn't have the spec that I required but the sales exec Connor Palmer couldn't have been more helpful.
I went on to Startin Skoda in Worcester and saw the one I wanted. Thanks there to Tom Hall who sealed a good deal for me and I look forward to happy motoring. Thanks Skoda.

Re-direction of mail website quite tricky to operate in parts but more importantly I have been trying to track and trace an item that has been with Royal Mail since 16th Dec and is still 'in transit'. WHY?

Just a warning - so far nothing heard or received

I am only giving korehealth one star so far. My experience has been similar to previous reviewers in that having ordered 2 watches and paid for them i received this 'your order not complete' e-mail twice. I fwd both to the original support e-mail confirming my order but got no response. I then telephoned the 0333 number and spoke to a lady with an american accent who confirmed my order and payment and told me to delete the other e-mails - implying that they were untrustworthy. I did so but fwd them to gov phishing site who acknowledged. WARNING - DO NOT OPEN STRANGE E-MAILS. If there is any progress I will review again.

Yet another terribly disappointed…

Yet another terribly disappointed client of this dreadful company. Our holiday to Portugal [4535393] was booked in February and paid in full at the time of booking. In June the flights and hotel cancelled which we understood. THAT'S WHEN THE TROUBLE STARTED. Tel calls were unanswered so I resorted to e-mails. Eventually I got a refund of £400 - so far so good. I then had the promise of a refund credit note for Easyjet and Jetline told me that I had credit with them for the balance. The easyjet credit note runs out tomorrow 30th Sept and I await with interest to see how honest or otherwise this company really is. To remind them however:
"As you booked a package holiday which didn’t go ahead, regardless of who cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund from your tour operator as a legal right under sections 12,13 and 14 of The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangement Regulations 2018 (PTR 2018). They can’t cite force majeure as they’re unable, by law to utilise a clause in a contract bound by the PTR 2018 to provide a lower level of protection than the regulations outline. The protection offered in the PTR 2018 is the minimum required by law, and as such any clauses used to negate this are null and void." Comment on that Richard please.

Too early for results but very promising.

Too early yet to review the results of the products but I was most impressed by the delivery which was very prompt. Just over 24 hours from order to drop-off - brilliant! My first two days using the products have also been very pleasing The taste and texture of all the products has exceeded my expectations. 48 hours without any additional meals and I feel no hunger pangs at all - despite my wife cooking lamb chops last night for herself! I hope to see some results in a week or so and until then will stick with it.

There could be criminal activity in this company.

Impossible to sum up my feelings about this company. There is no way to contact them therefore no customer service of any sort. They have failed to deliver a parcel sent to Millets on 2nd June. They collected it and appear to have it but Millets claim it has not been received and therefore will not send a refund. Looking at the other reviews this company needs to be investigated. Is someone stealing goods or are they simply so inefficient.

Customer service dreadful

Ordered and received some trainers in late May. Found they were too small and returned them on 2nd June via Hermes [I have the receipt] asking for a refund in order that I might buy a replacement pair at my local shop in Taunton. E-mail reply said they are attending to my order. That was on 19th June. Now July and no further word. I have bought another pair which I am very satisfied with but the customer service of this company is disgraceful. For such a long-established firm to risk its' reputation in this way is foolhardy and I am fed up with the wait.

Very disappointing really

Very disappointing really. Several e-mails, a couple of phone calls, the last one promising a further call in 2 or 3 days [but nothing heard in the last 10 days!] j Telephone numbers given on uk website are unobtainable and although my refund is comparitively small I feel that I must pursue it as a matter of principle. I DO NOT want a voucher or a future re-booking. I no longer have any confidence in cheapoair and once this matter is resolved I shall book elsewhere. My booking # is 61290453
