I purchased a month's subscription to…

I purchased a month's subscription to see if it was working the service correctly without buffering, and I got 7 day refund; after one hour, since it was working properly, I bought the yearly subscription when I wanted to cancel the one month because I got the yearly subscription, they reject to refund me without any explanation, with you won't be refunded. The service works great, but they don't have any trial, and lack of transparency.

very annoying system

very annoying system, where over and over finds missing items where they are not, and you have to keep replying them as item found, otherwise they charge you anyway if you don't respond, not very accurate system, where you have to add a lot of time to answer, update or contact amazon, I'd rather pay 5% more in fee, and have it 100% automated, and not wasting my time and money, I don't recommend this services, and I tried a lot. P.S: they offered a $9 refund if I was deleting this review. Insane

This review is done entirely based on my experience, Ii'm not going to say if it's good or bad, or just write a bad review, like, "don't use it, doesn't work" I'd like to be constructive and provide my feedback using this app for more than three years.
It indeed helped to recover abandoned carts using their mail sequence, and the recovery success varies if you have your website in different languages and currencies; if someone had an abandoned cart in French, but you sent an email sequence in English, the % of success might be less than if they get a French mail sequence, the same for the currencies, you can define one currency with them, so if you have your Shopify with multiple currencies, then it's getting the problems, the customer is receiving emails with false coins, and the numbers are different as they supposed to be, so few of them just run away. Again, this tool covers just one language and one currency; if you want something sophisticated, it might not work ( or you can use it knowing that, as I did without any problems, I assumed the CR would be lower)
But let's go to the main point; the problem started more than six months ago; a customer sent me an email letting me know that the abandoned cart reminder email went to the spam OK, so I started checking myself, and it was true, I was receiving all their emails to the spam folder, it doesn't matter the address sent, Hotmail, Gmail, yahoo, always their email went to spam = people can't read them so can't recover any product from my store since they are not receiving them.
After checking the header, I noticed that the IP used by "SendGrid" to send all these recovery emails was flagged from a9ll email serves as SPAM, so everyone using that IP for sending recovery emails went to the SPAM folder; why? simple they are sending loads and loads of emails have been sent using the same IP/services, and people reported it as spam, and as result, everyone (using that got flagged ) they told me that it was only me (yeah, I'm the only one using that IP, you are paying me a static IP, yeah, sure) and they manage to change the mail server IP to another/new one, perfect, we tried, it worked, and supposed to be fixed... and they gave me the next 6 months for "free" just for the inconvenience and for letting them know that their SERVER IP was flagged as SPAM...OK, for BUT yesterday, 6 months after (since this is an automated tool I completely forgot to check if it was working or not.... I mean, if you configured the app, with a mail sequence, you expect that they are sending) BUT No! any email sent for the last 6 months, 0 , nada nothing, I contacted customer service and after 36 hours I still don't have an answer, and even if they fix the problem tomorrow, they can't help me to recover all these abandoned carts from the last 6 month, they again, claim that everyone is working fine, and they don't know why is not working for me, so 6 months ago I'm kind enough to let them know that their app is flagged as spam, and they thank me without sending any email to anyone, obviously, I stopped using their app, but I keep it for them to test, and check to be able to fix it for the future customers using their app.

They are only a company getting better deals for sending in bulk packages, but they are making you paying always more money with wrong weights, or wrong labels, or something it's incorrect, since they have to handle the cases for the companies, you can't do anything else, just to pay, or close the account, as you probably know, postnord, bring or GLS in Scandinavia are expensive and horrible companies, but they are making more money with incorrect and non-accurate weights, and you can't do anything, even if you are right and you send proof of the weights, always is going to be 0,05 more to pay more, unacceptable.

Update; when you get a refund, the waiting time is between 14-18 days to get into your bank account.

Unfortunately today, 18/03/2022 I got an email with an agreement termination, looks like they didn't like to post the truth, and complain about their services online,will see how it ends.

May update: I got banned since April of using Shipmondo services due to my bad reviews, I'm also not allowed to use the service with any other companies, so it's not MY company who was banned, it was ME, so it was something personal against my person, BUT at the end they made me a BIG favour, signing a business contract directly with the Danish post service, SAVED A LOT of Money, it's completely insane how much Shipmondo is charging for shipping when you can get it cheaper now, I just can say THANK YOU for banning using your services, you did me a BIG FAVOUR. BUT YOUR LACK OF FREEDOM IS CONCERNING - WE ARE IN 2022 -

No, Shipmondo has decided not to do business with you, or any company you're associated with.

so, this means that the negative or bad reviews posted online, take them personally instead of being constructive in order to improve it. Super happy since I move out from that company, and their customer service, they are only quick, answering bad reviews online, I'm so sad because I guess the people working there have a lot of potentials to grow personal and professional and I hope one they will realise one day.

Got Scammed by this company

Got Scammed by this company, after 30 days waiting for my refund I didn't receive anything, I just ordered a professional package, and they deliver a completely different product and late since I had to wait so much time, to get something that I didn't requests, I wanted a refund, and after 1 month I'm still waiting for my money, they keep telling me to contact my bank account like they were hiding my money or something else, my bank is perfectly fine, and ready to receive the funds, I requested proof of statement for my refund, the answer was clear, they can't provide any kind of proof of refund, and if I'm not trusting them, I can laying I claim, that was very easy to do.

Definitely not recommended company, Now I got blocked from their chat, Facebook page, and they are not answering my emails, but wait.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, I contacted him for managing my facebooks ads and google adwords for my company, he canceled 2 times our meeting, when it was him who suggested the time and day, and the last time he cancelled our meeting 1 hour before, very unprofessional, and more when you are getting FREE leads without doing anything, I can't talk about how he works, knowledge or how good is he doing his job, but my experience is that I wasted a lot of time, but at "least" no money, this is so far my experience "trying" to get his services.

I was clearly ripoff from this company, the lack of transparency is really concerning, it supposed to just get clicks from Denmark, and I got a bill with more than 600 clicks from UK??¿?¿? and invoice with more than 3000DKK, with a conversion rate of 500DKK worst conversion ever seen in my life. So I lost more than 2500dkk, customer service is not giving you any help or advice, I had to research by myself, I had to limit my budget for January, because after 10 days already spent 600dkk with 0dkk conversion rate, and finally, I had to cancel their services,insane! I also got clicks from another brand and product, they charged to me and I had to ask for a refund, worst experience in terms of conversion rate, customer service and online marketing, if you use their service tell them to explain you CLEARLY how to limit your budged or bids, otherwise it's going to be aBottomless pit

PD: I forgot to add this, I contact them asking why my product was not showing in UK market and SE market, and they told me that in order to display them I should have a EN website with GBP currency and a SE website with SEK price, without these requisites I was not able to display on the screen directly, instead of people should change an option to show "changing to "international retailers" OK so basically I got tons of clicks with people activating this option, then displaying them directly from Denmark without doing anything or changing anything or adding anything, this is completely insane, and even looks fishy to me. you don't really know what they are doing and how, they just spent money without any sense, and send you an invoice and they get a % of your money spent. UPDATE: After contacting Peter, they agree to refund me all the invoices paid, BUT I still didn't have any kind of explanation of how my money was spent, or how the bids are working.

this service is horrible

this service is insane:

you have to wait 10 hours for someone to come and pickup your parcel.

deliveries notification and tracking are inexistent, (I have my doubt since it's a business address with other business where we leave parcels if we are not there..no messages, no notifications, no call, a ghost delivery)tracking shows as consigne absent, at 9:42 and I receive an email at 10:40 OUT of DELIVERY ¿?¿? and an email 2 minutes later with non delivered parcel, with a message that says: "Please contact us as soon as possible and we will schedule second delivery attempt, after few failed attempts of delivery parcels will be returned back to the shipper." as soon as you contact them, answer time is 48 hours, OK, please contact as soon as possible, because we will reply you as soon as we want, horrible, don't use it, I'm going to save you a lot of headaches.

Quick update since after 48 nobody contacted me, I had to manage myself to call GLS to get the correct tracking number , call to a different freight forward, schedule a pickup because they sent an email to(ecoparcel, not to me) regarding the schedule, after paying for their services I have had to work for them. Unbelievable.

we keep updating, after 96 hours nobody from Ecoparcel contacted me regarding this problem despite of opening a chat and writing them, nobody, but they were very quick to flag this review as non verified, and I had to provide documentation to proof that was real, for this, they were super quick!

Update after 10 days, NOBODY from Ecoparcel contact me, there's no one driving this car, nobody, 0 customer service, inexistent, I had to manage everything myself, call the carrier, schedule a new delivery, they didn't do nothing, even customer service, zero, nothing, nada.

UPDATE: I finally received the package, they didn't deliver the first time, as the parcel was sent WITHOUT name, SO even they told on the tracking that attempt to deliver was made it was not true, as the parcel has no name on it, I had A LOT of problems to pickup the parcel, I had to show emails , proof of payment, SMS and discuss several times before I got the parcel WITHOUT a name, so this service is horrible, it took 1 month to deliver 1 month! and customer service during this time just replied "I just contacted the freight forward to deliver ASAP." that's all. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, PLEASE.

Casper, Let's try to make a constructive and not destructive review :) I hired Casper for my company, as it's Danish and I'm not speaking Danish, despite that I was managing my own google ads for the last 5 years spending more than 100.000DKK with a total revenue of 165.000DKK nothing crazy or amazing BUT at least I'm not a newbie or a person who never seen a google ad, but I wanted to delegate this task to someone "expert"

In general, I found a really concerning lack of attention, when you are working with numbers and money from other person, you must to take it seriously, and you have to be extremely detailed, as you are using/playing with money from someone else, saying that, I started receiving a contract from the last of his customer, and a signature made in paint ( this made me suspicious about how "professional" will be) he fix it without any problem, so we just proceed with setting up my account ( remember that It's an existing account) so you don't need to setup everything, you have already the numbers, and if you know how to read them you just need to tweak them a little bit in order to perform better ( remember that what we are paying to someone is the knowledge not his time ) if you can make your job in 5" minutes instead of 55" , much better for you, so he spent max 1 hour creating 2 new campaigns an modifying a little bit the existing one, a campaign that was already running with a 10/15% ROAS, so far so good, everything was running for 13 days, and I received an invoice from him ( with a wrong amount, again, wrong numbers, I was freaking out) but I didn't have any feedback or update regarding how is going, so before paying the wrong invoice, I just spent my time checking the campaigns he created, 1 of the campaigns was losing more than 500dkk and growing, and another campaign was just spending 0.10dkk, when I asked about these campaigns, his answer was that we have to wait 60 days before taking any conclusion, as it takes between 14/30 days to update all the data, WAIT, WHAT? imagine investing 100.000dkk x month and you are not able to see/check if it's working or not until 60 days? are you kidding me? OK I just want to google ads customer service, and ask, "how long it takes to google ads to update all the data"? days, weeks, months? they just answered, it takes a couple of hours max. OK I just send the answer to Casper, as it has a lot of sense, in terms of Optimise large budged and stop or change campaigns without losing money, his answer was, Google ads customer service is wrong, at this point I saw that working with Casper was not compatible, after few days thinking I just realised this: his methodology has sense for new accounts, accounts that never has spent 0DKK or never have been created before, not for already existing accounts, accounts who already spent money on it, remember when you are spending money with ads, you are just purchasing data, and based on this data you can narrow your ads in the future to just to reach more people, get more sells as cheap as possible, Casper wanted to start again ( this is why it makes sense to wait 60 days before getting a decision ) but it's basic when an ads is not making money, after few days, cut it and make a new one with a different configuration, waiting 60 days with an ads losing money or "waiting" to get the money back it's not the way how it works (for me) again, maybe for new accounts it's the perfect fit, but for existing accounts, looks like he was not able to use the already existing data to take advantage in order to create a profitable ads. But he's young, he's learning, and probably all the mistake he made with me, won't make them in the future.

I used the service one month

I used the service one month, I got a promotion for Black Friday at 50% discount.

I'm just going to say that the quality was very poor, I'm sure they were overwhelmed after Black Friday promotion and they were not able to provide the quality as I wish, but the designs were poor, they took as long as usual to deliver, 90% of working people it was without experience, a lot of mistakes, only one designer was worth it, and they were making me wait between 7-10 days because it was at full capacity working,

I must say customer service was very cordial and very resolutive, but in the end, he has put out fires, I got a full refund, and to be honest.

Do you know "you get what you pay"? this is the perfect case, wasted time, but NOT money, this is so far my experience from 2019 maybe now they change it and improve their designers since most out them are outsourced outside the US where the company is based and located.

After 8 months, still asking for filing more documents, to sign witness documents, to add more information,

8 months wasted to get a compensation of 250€ shared in 2 people, 125€ for 8 months of waiting and adding documents, and more documents, they never have enough.

it's not worth it at all! all the time invested is more than the money I'm going to get when? in 1 or 2 years?

first and last time using this service.

I give up,

P.S: UPDATE - I fill up the "EC261" directly on the company website, and after 8 days I got an answer, and a full reimbursement, only 8 days, when with airhelp after 8 months, and tons of documentation they were not able to provide an even they are getting a 50% fee for fill up a document than it takes less than 5 minutes to complete, WHAT A SHAME.

Same money and time, and do it by yourself. the key is filling a claim called "EC261". save money and do it by yourself! You are welcome.

After 6 months they still asking for more information, documents...

after 6 months, still asking for filing more documents, to sign witness documents, to add more information,

6 months wasted to get a compensation of 250€ shared in 2 people, 125€ for 6 months of waiting and adding documents, it's not worth it at all! first and last time using them

I give up,

Unfortunately, it is always difficult to specify exactly how long each claim will take as it depends on how long it takes for the airline to reply.

If the claim goes to court, we have to wait for each country's court schedules and procedures.

We do wish to highlight, however, that we always try to handle each claim as quickly as possible. Plus, we do not charge any fee unless we win the claim.

Driver Delivered to the wrong address!!

Driver Delivered to the wrong address, after 4 days trying to re-deliver, support lied for 4 days, saying that all my packages were out for delivery (5 packages - 100kg) in total.

Nobody re-deliver my packages, and I ended up renting a car by myself and picking up all the packages... this is completely unacceptable.

What a shame, and what a lazy company, try to avoid them as much as you can. Expensive and Poor Service ( inexistent)

they Improved a lot since our last…

they Improved a lot since our last review, and shipping costs decreased by at least 50% so I guess I'm not the only one happy right now! It took a little bit of time, but they made it, well done!
