In case of damaged goods, it is stated in our terms that the recipient must always check the shipment for any damaged goods.
Then you must provide clear documentation and send this in an email to us within 5 working days.

Shipping costs are outrageous. Better get an agreement with a courier or you are going to lose a lot of customers.

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer courier collection from our UK warehouse should you have preferential courier rates, which i believe was offered to you as an option before you placed your order.
We ship with either DPD or TNT in to Europe and their delivery service is unparalleled.

Very unprofessional company, they are Lying, with fake deliveries.

I was waiting since 09:00 o'clock in my office (now it's 17:54) at 16:55 they update that they "attempt to deliver but nobody was at home" (they work until 17:00) so I was there, sitting for more than 8 hours waiting for my package ( they sent an sms that they will deliver from 9-20, but they work until 17) and they update the tracking with they attempted to deliver but nobody was there?

Of course they are lying, but they have to track all packages not delivered to avoid penalties, they don't have enough people so they have to hire external people from the company, obviously they don't care.

They are Lying and they are playing with my time, the only thing that I can do is posting this reviews, and let people know who DHL works in this country.

This Company is a Joke

This Company is a Joke, I should get my shipment last Thursday (27th) but they made a mistake and put my shipment to the wrong truck. After calling customer services the day after, Friday, she tells me that the driver is on the way, I waited all day, and nothing, the tracking number shows like Scheduled for another day. I called today, Monday (31th) at 8:01 in the morning, they said to me that it will be delivered today, So I asked if they could please tell the driver to deliver ASAP my order, just for the inconvenience, bla bla blaah, yes yes, and after 7 hours, I'm still waiting, it's 16:02 nobody came, I called to customer service again, asked if they can deliver my shipment to another place, and I'll go there and pick up by myself, nothing, it's useless, I don't understand why they have people working if they are not able to help us, it's the last time that I'm using this services, completely useless, late service, any apologies, any call ( only the driver one i'm not in the office, I have to say) but customer service? don't waste your time, it's like talking against a wall, someone is there, but is not listening to you and they are not going to do anything, just watch the o'clock until 17:00.

It took 9 days from France to Denmark

It took 9 days from France to Denmark, I still don't have the package, they leave it on a pakke shop, and nobody provide me a tracking number, or where I should pick up my order, but an automatic email came asking for the service provided.

so after 9 days I still don't have it, and I don't where it is or where I should recollect them.

Cheap services but at the end it's expensive.

Could you please contact me via Laura@ecoparcel.eu so we could come to an agreement.
Furthermore, as per checking your parcel was delivered 4th working day after the collection, as courier couldn't find anyone at the delivery address, courier left it at the ParcelShop.
Secondly, it takes up to 12 working hours to receive a notification from ParcelShop (either by mail, SMS or email). As far as I can see, all details were supplied and it didn't take 9 days parcel to be delivered.

As a confirmation, we can see that parcel was already collected from ParcelShop.

We are very sorry if this issue caused any trouble for you.

This company it's a joke

I requested on 24th on November a collection for the day after, Friday 25th from Spain to Denmark.

The day after they pickup the order (at least on the tracking website it's what they said) perfect, I'm waiting for my order here in Denmark.

On Monday 25th I check the tracking page again, and says out of delivery, Spain, so wait what? the package it's from Spain to Denmark! Same day Delivery Successful with a name of the person to was delivered.

First mail of Feedback review sent to me, oh wait, I have to rate a missing order? Interesting, On the same 28th the tracking page is updated with another "Collection successful" ok, well, I guess I booked for the 25th, but seems like they collect the goods when they want,

I contacted to support service asking about my problem by mail, Facebook and twitter, they don't have phone, so they answer me 3 days later, saying:

"I can see that this parcel is out for delivery today. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel."

Yeah, during these 3 days came from Spain to Denmark, hurra! the first 4 days just was the warming up I guess.

there's nobody at home, so I got this email:
"Delivery problem - Consignee was absent

Delivery failed as conisgnee was absent or courier could not find him.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will schedule second delivery attempt, after few failed attempts of delivery parcels will be returned back to the shipper."

Ok I arrived at home, any notification at home, or mailbox, nothing.

Seems like a ghost parcel. ok, i'm waiting for instructions.

I got another email and this time says:

"Delivery successful - Parcel Shop

Your parcel was successfully delivered to the parcel shop.
Notification card was left at the delivery address or you will receive further instruction how to collect it as soon as possible. "

But, what about the 2nd schedule for delivery my order? Nothing they left at somewhere without any notification.. yet. OK I'm waiting for more instructions...

The Day after (we are talking about last Friday 2nd of December) I got an email with the address of my package, but nothing else. I went there, they asked for a Parcel Number, nobody provide me nothing, I wrote them on Friday 16:00 pm, and until now Monday 5th of December I still waiting for an answer.

This is my history with this company, I bet that the package will be send it back to Spain, before someone can provide me a parcel number, and if I have to wait by email a refund I could be waiting ages..

worst company ever

And running an e-commerce here in Denmark, and postdanmark as far as I know it's the worst company ever, they take 4 months to deliver my orders ( and of course I have to refund my customers, I can say that postdanmark can take one year to deliver a package) so after 4 months I got an email that they deliver my order, after 3 months that I refund the costumer, so their answer was, we can refund money if your order was delivered, AFTER 4 MONTHS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have to move my business into other country for this kind of things, I'm losing money as hell with them, and expensive as hell, BEST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! CONGRATS!
