Delivered promptly and helped with unpacking…and took back box !

I been finding it near impossible to change the cover on my duvet, and this solves the problem… it’s so easy to wash and dry the complete thing

My pet hate is multibuy offers, so I choose Sainsbury’s because of the straightforward pricing and offers.
The choice, quality, and value are all good.
I need help with unpacking, and all the delivery drivers are very friendly and helpful, bringing crates in and helping unpack.

I wanted to buy two fuchsias for large pots, and am not able to get out to a garden centre.
The two I ordered from crocus were excellent quality, the packaging is cleverly designed to deliver in the best condition, and they have both started growing well, with no disturbance.

Efficient service. Meals handy to keep in reserve in freezer.
I would like more vegetarian mini meals, but realise this is a small part of the market!

There was some confusion over delivery times, but when it arrived all went very smoothly.
I had been very apprehensive about the large boxes, but the delivery men brought them in, and I had help in unpacking and putting it together.Everything was packed in order with clear instructions.
The hardest part was moving the empty boxes to the garage! The sofa seems comfortable to sit on, if very firm. My daughter slept on it: it was easy to convert, and she slept well.
We are very impressed with the clever design.

The delivery man always rings the bell just once, waits for me to get to the door, and shows no signs of impatience,

I have used Compete Care for several years, mainly because of their low prices and wide choice. For example, I had been buying something elsewhere for £6.99, and find they sell it for £2.95.
Service has always been good, but this Spring, with their move, things went wrong. When items were out of stock, this was not shown on the website, and phone calls to chase up missing items met with poor response.
It's good to hear they are expanding, but they really should match this by expanding the number of customer service agents.

Always prompt and reliable service, with wide selection and good prices.

This was a simple purchase of an extra pair of budget reading glasses. I was advised when next test was due, and decided not to wait. I was helped to choose suitable frames, with no pressure to buy more expensive ones.
Measurements were checked and a collection date arranged. This also went well. With case, cleaner and spray sample, this was good value for £25!
Pleased I went to specsavers :)

I was hesitant to order, as the products seemed to be for large scale projects. However, they sent me a sample, reassured me that a small order was fine, and about delivery. The paving I wanted was delivered at the stated time with no fuss.
I was impressed by the follow up email with advice on how to lay it, as was the handyman who is going to lay it for me.

I was looking for an easy way to dry myself after a shower, and thought a towelling robe might be the answer.
This robe is really thick and warm, but too heavy for comfort.
Lovely to sit around in all evening, but not quite what I was looking for.
The quality is superb, and it's excellent value.

My husband uses a walking stick to help his balance, but found using on hard pavements made his shoulder hurt on that side.
I sent for a shock absorbing ferrule, and also a new stick with one included. They were easy to fit, and he definitely feels that walking is now more comfortable.
We would recommend these.

I have very wide feet, and my eye was caught by some Padders extra wide shoes, a make I had not tried.
They arrived in good time, but my reaction when I opened the box was "but these aren't wide-fitting", as they looked slim.
However, when I tried them on, I found they fitted well, and are comfortable, so as well as being wide, and good quality, they look much smarter than most of my shoes.
I also bought some sandals which I am pleased with.

I wanted to replace two very old bookcases, and sent for one from another firm, which was partly flat pack, and seemed fine till I filled a shelf with books and it bowed in the middle. I looked at other sites, and bought a solid oak one from Oakea to replace the second one. What a difference!
This bookcase , for a similar price, is fully assembled, very solid, and looks lovely. It also holds full shelves of books!
I was advised about delivery a day or two before, and again shortly before it arrived. The delivery driver brought it where I asked, and emphasised that I should contact them with any problem. It was packed carefully, and came with useful care information.
I only wish I had discovered this site first, and would not hesitate to go back there, and recommend it to others.
