All saints ordering is always easy and seamless. The choice of products is amazing.
The customer service in my experience over the years I have been shopping with them is outstanding.
Unfortunately on this occasions much as I really loved my order it didint love me and was unsuitable. Which I am gutted at because I really wanted to suit it 😭😭

I had cause to contact Footasylum customer service today. I got two lovely representatives Mo & Jo... MoJo were great and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend the customer service at Footasylum and as an already loyal customer they have further secured my business for the future. Thanks again MoJo x

Ease of ordering and product range was super. Price was decent and Delivery was within the week.
Unfortunately for me the items were unsuitable.

I had cause to return a top and was supported well throughout the process. Shivon was really helpful this time and as I shop a lot with SB I have reached out to Customer service on a few occasions fir various things. They always come up trumps. One of the main reasons they get my continued loyalty and custom.

I was rather disappointed with the lack of response from Dyson customer service as they have been so reliable in the past however I was able to contact one of the field engineers who I have had come to me before.
He was extremely helpful and very professional and explained about the changes to the servicing etc...I could not commend him highly enough.
He got my issue sorted out in no time.

I ordered a PE with Joe t- shirt which took a while to arrive but given the current pandemic and reduced everything that was expected. However I contacted Teemill to enquire after it and they responded promptly and sent another t-shirt next day.
I am also happy to say the quality of the t-shirt is fab and it’s ethically organic.
So that in my book is top drawer customer service.

I was overwhelmed by the choice of products on the site. I got a folder for Pokémon cards which my son is thrilled with. Good quality and decent price in comparison to other folders I looked at.
Granted a few of the items I looked at were out of stock but it is Pokémon, it was just before Christmas so very understandable
I will most definitely use again.

Ordered king size fitted fleece electric blanket. Arrived promptly, good communications from Lakeland throughout re despatch etc.
Electric blanket fits well and seems good quality so far... 3 weeks it's been.
There are two controls, one each side which is convenient. They are simple to use so much so I didn't need to look at instructions.

I ordered Denby Halo dinnerware. My order arrived within 2 weeks as they did not have all the items in stock, this was not an issue as I was in no hurry. I was kept updated on the order.
The items were packaged well resulting in no breakages.
A positive experience. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future as the prices were the best I could find online.

Good service and prompt delivery. Personal communication which is a pleasant surprise and very refreshing. Great products and competitive prices. Would definitely use again.

I love the cut and style of these ankle graZer jeans. They look great and fit really well. The only negative I have is the dye rubs off onto anything light that you are in contact with. Whilst this is expected with dark coloured denim it is still a pAin!

I found the site easy to navigate around. They had a good selection of products and a lot of choice for different occasions.
My order arrived quickly and the envelopes were of good quality-no licking and sticking, an easy self adhesive strip!! Great when you have 20 to send.
I would choose the gloss finish next time as I felt the matt did not look so good as I thought it was going to look, although this is not a criticism just my personal preference.
All in all a good online experience and I would use this site again and would recommend them.
