Looking for Foxi for under a washable carpet runner we have in our caravan . Not sure if it woujd work due to the washable underside but it works excellent . Very pleased with it and delivery very prompt

Product arrived on time well packaged. Unfortunately no fitting instructions so thought they didn’t fit a d was going to return. While researching replacement handles found site that had fitting instructions . Did send email to customer services originally to return but then sent another saying that we had obtained fitting instructions so no need to return but did mention would have been helpful if this had been included in the box . Received a response glad we were now happy and could they do anything else. Not quiet the reply you would expect as thought they might have mentioned even if they didn’t that they would in future include the necessary fitting instructions . We ordered 2 sets of which neither came with anything so not just a mistake .

First placed order which was incorrect on my half. Returned no problem and reordered the correct plates and bowls. Bought melamine for our caravan and they look lovely . Not used yet but will be very soon. Hopefully they will be as expected

From the initial enquiry to the installation everything was very easy and smooth. Lee was a very nice person who dealt with us professionally and answered any of our queries, questions or concerns. Have got friends who have used this company before and came highly recommended and we would also reiterate that. Wouldn’t hesitate to go to Lee again and in fact have recommended a friend who is booked in next month for an installation.

Unfortunately Marella Explorer was not really a good cruise ship experience. Cabins were good and service cabins staff were excellent. Unfortunately the rest of the ship such as food entertainment etc not really up to what you would expect a cruise ship to have as well as being on board for New Years Eve we would have expected some build up but nothing .Big letdown not even a countdown!! Very disappointing indeed. To finish we were booked on a cruise stay which the hotel was nothing like a four star at all. We have raised all this with TUI with video and photos but they are just sending standard fob off emails. If reserving a stay cruise I would suggest you research the hotel beforehand.

From initial call to the end Kash was excellent In getting us the price we liked . Called back when he said and was very helpful . This is our second cruise booked with iglu which at the moment haven’t been on yet.

Like Roman clothes and had a good price . Only down side is they charge for returns which a lot of online companies don’t .

Mike is very accommodating especially as I was unable to be present at the time of the service and inspection.

Bought a sample of the seal to ensure it was the correct one and size then purchased the right one . The seal was sent next day . Unbelievable quick service . Second time we have used this company the first was a made to measure curve seal which also fitted perfectly . Wouldn’t hesitate to use again .

Looking for tickets for Sarah millican which we found on site . Only problem is you can pick your seats but the site dies not show any seating plan . But frustrating when you would like to know where to sit . Had to search for a site with seating plan which you hope is correct . Think your site should offer this facility .

Excellent service as I had ordered previously a part that didn’t fit. Customer service was great and helped us find the correct part refunded the incorrect part with a free posted return. I have receive the credit and the new part that was ordered which fits perfectly. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Rotary line arrived in a few days despite the corona virus outbreak. Also unfortunately a part of the package was damaged and on calling the customer service a replacement part was sent out and received within 2 days. Couldn’t fault the service at all. I have even recommended the company to my sister who is ordering a similar product. Would certainly use the company again
