I was a bit concerned about our gas level as I felt the gauge was not recording properly. However after my E mail the delivery was made within 2 days which was very very, satisfactory, and relieved us of one concern. So thank you, for your prompt attention.

Ordering was easy on line. The strimmer arrived very soon after order placed. Little bit of head scratching to put it together but reasonably easy in the end. Works well and good battery life. Overall weight is good, but with the motor down at the business end, gets a bit heavy after half an hour or so. Apart from that, very pleased.

My 'Techy' mate installed my new desk top with
eM Client on board for E mails etc. Seems very efficient so far, no problems that I'm aware of. Used it for a couple of months or so far and even I have solved most things.

Don't use that much stationary and printing ink, these days, but what I do need is always delivered pretty quickly, at a very fair price and is post free. Don't know how they do it.

I'm giving your call handler a 5 star review for sorting out the frustrating experience with the web site. I tried to input our meter reading, normally takes about 2 minutes.But when I tried to Log in, it referred me back to the E mail, 6 times. Where the E mail said to 'press the button' there was NO button and I couldn't log on. So I had to phone in.

It was simple to do, the paperwork is clear, the phones were answered promptly. The price on the house insurance had increased, but not by an unreasonable amount, so happy bunnies really.

The shorts fit well. Well priced. Delivery as promised. Web site easy to navigate. No problems at all.

It was easy enough to use the web site. The price rise is not brilliant, but not too unreasonable at the moment with what's going on with Ukraine etc.
Hopefully, we should see prices drop later in the year.
and Scottish power are paying the Govt. grants promptly, which is handy.

The Royal Canin dog food is what our 12 year old female GSD has always eaten. Seems to keep her healthy and well, and with stable weight.
Delivery is reliable, and on the time promised. Price has gone up over the years but still competitive.

The young man who usually delivers and collects in our area is always reliable, always very busy, works very hard, and is usually well within the limits of his allotted time scale. Your prices for collected items are also very reasonable, which is handy, as there is no collection point for about 30 miles or more

The package arrived very quickly on standard delivery. Instructions were easy.
\the underlay works very well. Instead of migrating all over the kitchen's main carpet, the mat now hardly moves at all. Maybe an inch during a whole day.
Say 95% plus, effective . We ordered a second piece for another mat in the hall, and that is 100% effective. Very pleased.

We ordered a double pack of Flexiseq for convenience. Only one tube arrived.
My phone call, was answered promptly. The mistake instantly rectified and the second tube arrived the next day. Absolutely fine. We are old enough to understand that mistakes can happen, it's how they are dealt with which is important.

Good service, postage a little expensive. Checkout also very time consuming if you do not have an account or want to have One. Book well packed and a lovely item.

Price was good, Questions were sensible. Delivery on time.

Excellent service. Price competitive. Glass fitted our inherited log burner perfectly. Only slight snag was that the package containing the new rope and adhesive became detached from the main package containing the glass. All well when our regular post lady remembered her boss asking the day before if anybody was short of a packet of glue found in our local sorting office. Might still be in the corner of a lorry going up and down the M6.
