We went in to the Swindon store to buy a riding hat and found a good range. We were served by Sarah, who was great. She measured and fitted a choice of hats, giving her advice and explaining any differences between them, and she also had a good knowledge of the standards of testing used. Overall it was a good experience and Sarah was superb, exemplary customer service.

Customer service at Octopus is always good, this time my issue was dealt with by Jordan who responded quickly, explained the problem and resolved it . Thank you Jordan and team

Recently had solar installed by these guys and they did a great job. Minimal mess and disruption, very polite and answered all my questions. When I first spoke to the office I was very sceptical about the grant offer and convinced there was a catch somewhere.....there wasn't, and they were very reassuring, and explained everything very well before installation. Would highly recommend them.

Having had AA for 5 years and used it once, I sometimes wondered why I kept it up, but when you get a breakdown ,just knowing help is at hand is worth every penny. Recently I have used them twice! Both times efficient, pleasant, knew their stuff and resolved the issue. Great service

Item was delivered promptly and I am pleased with it. Its easy to clean and the 3 settings are all good, the stop button is very handy too. I find it has improved the pressure maybe just a tiny bit, not as much as I had hoped from reading other comments. Tip....if you look at buying one via facebook, have a look ,then leave it, the next advert that comes up will offer you a bigger discount code!

I needed a tax accountant pronto,didn't know what to expect by registering with Bark,but received one reply almost immediately and another soon after. I instructed one of these and will leave a review on them when the matter is sorted. I was surprised that neither was local, and for this reason ,plus only getting 2 replies, I have rated a 4.

I ordered a kettle filter, ordering was easy and price good. Got the email to say been despatched.....it did not arrive for 3 weeks.....however I am convinced this is because it was xmas, and covid xmas at that, so probably due to post office. When it arrived it fitted properly so quite happy. Cannot really hold the delivery delay against this company, so 5 stars given.

I can't comment on the card as I never actually saw it but the choice is good and goods arrived when they should have!

Cant give more than a 2 stars as they have gone bust and so have never travelled with them and never will ! All I can say is when we were booking the guy was good, changed flight times etc for us but I will never know and neither will anybody else!

I found Travel Republic very efficient and helpful...I had an issue when my choice of accommodation was not available, and also with airport parking, but they sorted both issues out quickly, no problems with them at all and would book through them again.

I ordered 4 items which all arrived promptly. However I ended up sending all 4 back for various reasons, but the return was quick and easy. I got email confirmation for all 4 items that they were received and a refund back to my paypal account very soon after. All I can say about the items is that the one I wanted to keep was marked, the others were either too big, too see through or just not suitable. But all in all a good service and I would definitely order again.
