Absolutely 1st Class from start to…

Absolutely 1st Class from start to finish !.
Excellent communication from the moment I ordered , acknowledgement & then a query from themselves regarding my order . They wanted to double check the configuration of my boot prior to production . This was late on a Saturday afternoon. I was then informed it would be 8-10 working days . Ok I thought that’s not to bad for something ‘bespoke’. Imagine my surprise when four days later I get a text from the courier saying my parcel would be delivered that day .
Fitting was easy and it fits absolutely perfectly. I went for the ‘quilted’ finish with bumper flap for extra protection. A bit extra but well worth it , stops scratches on the bumper when the dog jumps in & out .
It really does look superb !😊. Just a shame it’s going to get muddy paws all over it in the coming months, but I guess that’s what it’s designed for ! 😉.
Overall , one very pleased customer. I’ve no hesitation in recommending this company or product 👍.

Purchased the outsized garden storage…

Purchased the outsized garden storage container (830L) . Arrived next day ! . A bit of a struggle putting together solo but got there in the end . Looks good. So good I purchased another one the next day . Both now assembled , robust thick plastic & have so far withstood Storm Amy ! . Only criticism would be the clasp in the middle of the lid isn’t big enough or heavy enough for the width it the lid . As a result , the two corners of the lid raise slightly. Maybe a weight ‘thing’ of the patio cushions inside, I don’t know . Overall , very satisfied though 👍

Annoying when something goes wrong

Annoying when something goes wrong , & you know you can fix it yourself but haven’t got the spare. Happened to me last week . Straight online to Espares . Found the part quickly , ordering straight forward. Part turned up the next day . Job sorted 👍 . I hadn’t even clicked next day delivery which was a ‘bonus’ 😊.
Always my ‘go to ‘ and haver never let me down .

Prompt response …

Prompt response to our initial call regarding a problem with wasps in our garden . Although no nest could be found , Stephen with his ‘magic’ spray has certainly eradicated the problem for the time being. With the promise of a return visit should they return in the next few days .
Won’t hesitate to use Valour again. Reasonably priced …..and equally important, turns up when he says he will !

Ordered a replacement ‘body’ for our handheld cleaner at 3.50pm on a Sunday afternoon. Delivered 10.10 on the Monday morning. Fitted in seconds , back in use . Can’t argue with service like that !

First of all let me say this is no a…

First of all let me say this is no a slight on the Customer service individuals who on the whole have been excellent.
We purchased an island cooker hood online which was delivered eventually, no fault of Cookology, just the Courier & an inability to read an address label ! . It was packed well & looked every bit as stylish as the online pics.
Fitting was not the easiest , even for an experienced kitchen fitter . In his words “The most awkward one I’ve ever fitted” . Everything connected up , lights worked but the motor didn’t . After much ‘jigging’ about the motor impellors were freed and the motor worked . We’re not 100% confident in it but after all the ‘fun & games’ fitting it & with a 1yr warranty & Cookology being aware of the problem we are using it …fingers crossed.
So here is my gripe ….When contacting the Customer Service Centre by phone , a very long wait time connecting , we were straight away offered a replacement or our money back.There appeared to be no real product knowledge or advice to give to resolve a problem. All that was asked was a video to be submitted showing what the problem was They don’t appear to have a Service centre as such , with field engineers to call out if something goes wrong. Experience should have told me that you only get service engineers through main dealers ! .
Still , it looks good in sit and my wife is (relatively) happy for now 👍.
Would we use Cookology again , probably not.
