We had delays!
we had to travel for 12 hours to get to our hotel! This included airport delays at Manchester, luggage delays in Corfu, slow transfer to hotel. A bit too much without some support being offered.

Delivery was great. On time, courteous etc
Product itself is ok, and I guess its not expensive (cheap even), but quality is not great - its just made of Chipboard with laminate, so is not the strongest. Mustnt do up the cams too tight or they damage the wood.
The instructions were just OK (we did have to redo a few things as we got them the wrong way around - its not always clear until later!)
But, saying this, for not much money, it seems sturdy enough, and looks good enough once built.

ordered direct (ie not thru the ebay)
They originally got the add only partially entered, so the item was returned to sender by Royal Mail.
However, Camera Centre UK did respond quickly and it was sent out again and arrived at my address the following day (with extra 30GB SD card)
so, not trouble free, but they resolved the issue as quickly as could have been expected.
