Outstanding service

I've used the SmartShell 5 for almost a year and it protected my phone well, even after a few drops.
Recently it fell on a concrete road and cracked. However my phone was undamaged, not even a tiny scratch, so it did its job.
I asked the customer service to give a discount on a replacement, but instead they shipped me a new one for free.
The whole process was easy and smooth. A reference for most other online shops.

Excellent customer service

Excellent service. Item didn't arrive because of an incomplete address (probably not their mistake). They immediately sent a new one.
Was not the first time I ordered here. Only had good experiences.

Fernand Costermans praktijken in het "chique"

Mooi dat er zoveel positieve ervaringen zijn, maar dat was bij mij allerminst het geval.
Online kreeg ik van hun een aanbod van zo'n 9 000 €, wat niet zo heel ver onder de werkelijke marktwaarde ligt. Toen ik de wagen binnen bracht werd deze grondig geïnspecteerd en een testrit gemaakt. Omdat men geen enkel gebrek vond, verzon men er ter plekke maar één: ze maakten foto's van de wagen waarbij er eerst 2 rode pijlen aangebracht werden op de zijkant, wijzend naar onbestaande blutsen (de dag erna in klaarlichte dag met heel het gezin deze plaatsen uitgebreid gecontroleerd: niemand van ons zag of voelde ook maar enige minuscule deuk / kras).
De foto's en gegevens werden vervolgens op een soort live handelsplatform geplaatst. Een 10-tal minuten later kwam de medewerker trots met een prijsvoorstel af van 6000 €.
Toen ik antwoordde dat dit wel erg weinig is kreeg ik als reactie dat er amper vraag is naar elektrische wagens. Hij haalde ook nog eens de "schade" aan de zijdeur aan. Ik gaf aan de wagen dan maar zelf te koop te zetten omdat ik dan wel de waarde van hun initieel bod kon krijgen. Men garandeerde mij dat ik nooit van mijn leven hier 9 000 € voor zou krijgen, en probeerden me te overhalen om toch aan hun te verkopen. Nog geen week later heb ik hem verkocht voor 9 500 € op Autoscout24. De Nederlandse koper zei dat het de beste deal was die hij kon vinden en het daarom de moeite was om hem uit België te importeren.
Ik begrijp dat men iets moet verdienen en daarmee minder geeft t.o.v. als je particulier zou verkopen. Je spaart er ook tijd en moeite mee uit. Maar in mijn geval hebben ze mijn tijd verspild en hun brutaal bod voelde aan als een poging om me serieus in het zak te zetten.

Ongeldige bon werd direct terugbetaald

Aangekochte bon van Amazon bleek al gebruikt te zijn.
Na dit gemeld te hebben, kreeg ik snel antwoord en stond het bedrag een dag later terug op mijn rekening.
Dat de bon al gebruikt werd kan ik wissel.nl moeilijk kwalijk nemen. Ik veronderstel dat ze hun overgekochte bonnen niet op voorhand op geldigheid kunnen controleren zonder ze zelf te gebruiken.

One of the smoothest flights I ever experienced.

Booked a ticket from Lanzarote to Mallorca. There were no direct flights so I bought one from Lanzarote --> Madrid and Madrid --> Mallorca in one booking. Because I had only 10 minutes to switch plane in Madrid for the first available flight to Mallorca, I booked the next one instead which departed 4 hours later.
Because there was no delay on the first flight I could reach the gate of the first available Mallorca flight in time. I asked the check-in attendant if I could board the plane with my ticket. She changed the booking and could board the earlier flight. That's service as it should be! I ended up spending only 5 minutes in Madrid airport between the two flights.
Both flights were smooth, friendly staff, not a single issue experienced.

You get more than what you pay for

Second time I've used Wiber in Mallorca.
Pick-up was easy, got the car I booked, friendly reception. Had 2 issues which were handled very well.

- 1) At a certain point I noticed smoke coming out of under the hood (I think it was leaking some oil which ended up on the hot engine). I called their support (had to wait a bit before it was my turn). They offered to pick up the car immediately and a taxi for the next day to bring me to their office for a replacement car (it was too late to get one the same day). Because my booking ended this day anyway and didn't had plans to drive very long distances anymore, we agreed that I continued to use the car as long as no warning appeared on the car display.

- 2) I got back later than expected so I asked if they could call a taxi to the airport for me. Instead they offered me their shuttle service (for free) which was going there anyway.

I'll definitely use them again next time.

No problems occurred. Easy.

No problems occurred. They use apps to make the pick-up process fast and easy.
The only annoyance is that they pushed really hard to take their extra insurance, even after I repeated several times that I took my own insurance specifically for this. They tried to convince me that this insurance is not valid while they didn't even know which insurance I took or from which company. After 5 minutes persisting, they finally gave up.
Tip: take your time to check the car for existing damages. They have a web-app to do this.

Relaxing trip. No problems occurred.

I've read the poor reviews before I booked a ticket, so I expected poor service with high chance of delay or even cancellation.
However on my trip from Berlin to Cologne, everything went smooth.
Departed on time, arrived just 5 minutes late. Staff was very friendly.
The older train-compartments Flixtrain uses for this trip are more spacious than the modern ones and have more legroom. Interior was clean.
Air-conditioning was not working in all compartments, but you could open the windows, so that was not a problem.
The only downsides:
- passengers were rushing to board the train, not knowing in which compartment the unassigned seats were located
- WiFi was not working (announced by the staff)
- No power sockets (only in the toilet).
- On my trip there were announcements, but only in German.

Everything went without problems

Everything went without problems. Easy and fast.
Received a mail with explanation, hints and tips to deal with the rental company. They have their own support service (phone/mail) in case of problems, although I can't say anything about that because I didn't needed it.

Forced to risk double bookings for nearby dates.

- Made 5 different bookings and 5+ booking requests (10+ in total). All bookings were cancelled by the host (not fault of VRBO) & all requests refused.
- Deposit immediately deducted from credit card, but not released immediately after cancellation from host
- Cannot reply to messages or edit bookings if you don't have an account. Even after you made a booking (sign-up was not required (positive))
- There should be an option to make multiple requests and book only the first confirmation (all other request should be cancelled immediately).
- In case of cancellation from host, there should be an option to automatically book the next alternative on the list.
Now you have to wait until a booking gets confirmed/denied to book another place, otherwise you risk double booking.
Positive:
- Easy to use
- Many properties to offer
- Generally less expensive than AirBnB
