Let down the courier who delivered a box of plants upside down

The wines are good but the site is designed to mislead.
When you raise the question with the service team they just send a bunch a generic responses that don’t acknowledge the short coming. Sadly so automated the service doesn’t really exist.

Comparing others in the market, this one is just as premium but at a better price point. Good range of colours too

Technician was a no show and getting a refund is near impossible.
Apparently it takes 4 weeks to do a refund and they need me to supply an invoice because they don’t know how much the transaction was for!
As yet no refund and a central response team that just send templates emails that aren’t relevant to the question in hand

The guys have thought through every detail - they clearly care about what they do and so you know the food is good.

Having come over to do a valuation, my calls and emails for updates were completely ignored. I even went in to the branch to follow up and even the promises made in that conversation were not fulfilled.
If they can't be bothered to follow up when trying to get new stock on board, god knows how poor the service will be when it goes on the market! I can believe any estate agency is too busy right now to return calls and emails.

These guys have got the service level right with enough information to keep you up to date without being bombarded and everyone is friendly and very efficient. The product prices are competitive and the online comparisons helpful.

When your logistics team are as friendly and helpful as they were on this deliver you know the service is finely tuned right down to the front line.

I have used AO many times now and even if the prices weren't as competitive as they are, the service is so reliable I would stick with the company regardless.

Efficient service and quick delivery, cuff links in the sale were good value. Wool checked iPad cover was good, but a shame the checks weren't level.

Great value good quality product for the price. Good communication via email but trying to make contact via telephone was pointless as there was never an answer. I tried 7 times to get through to pay for faster delivery but in the end gave up!

My first table arrived with a dent. I called to them them know and the resolution was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They arranged the pick up of the item and within an hour or two of it being picked up a replacement was sent and arrived within 24 hours!
The customer experience is friendly and very efficient. I have already recommended Made to friends.
A job very well done, my table was pretty good too!
