Sent several emails over the last 5 months with no reply. Have phoned twice about still receiving bills on my account which should have been closed last December, only to be told that the new supplier had failed to give a closing meter read & as far as they were concerned, I was still a customer. Rang the new supplier who told me that they were registered on the National Database as having taken over last December. Phone Solarplicity back & spoke to Joe Maharaj who was very helpful, most apologetic & said he had notified Billing & gave me a reference number. Very helpful at last. Just hope this closes the account now.
