The parcel was a special tree which took XPD 10 days to deliver. By the time it arrived the box had been torn in half & 3 branches snapped off the tree making it a ruined specimen. We hope the senders manage to claim a full refund for the value of the tree from XDP.

Very helpful telephone advice on purchase and very fast delivery. Helpful advice on a wiring problem. Only negative was incorrect information on towbar bumper cut where the cut needed was much deeper than shown on the diagram, but this is probably due to towbar manufacturer, not p f jones.
Full information on costs provided from the outset. Prompt attention throughout the sale, unlike the action from the purchaser's solicitors who dragged out the process.
Delivery was fine and on time. However, probably with the heat some of the roses appeared to be past their best, too far open and starting to discolour on the outer petals when the bouquet was received.
